AMAZING, RECOMMEND!
This this is AMAZING and does what it says. I flew from US to Philippines and it was 25 hours all the way. I had my med in it that needed to stay cold. When I got to my destination the ice pack was still partially frozen and meds were nice and chilled. TSA had no problem with it and security was easy. Recommend this for anyone needed to transport meds that need to remain cool!!

Worked Great to Keep Meds Cold
Small and simple to use. Just freeze the included gel pack and it's good to go. Went to Europe on a 12 hour flight and the vials were very cold (not freezing) when arrived. It's a good size and weight as it's easy to transport.

Worked perfectly
I used this product to keep my tirzepatide at temperature while traveling to a reunion. The biogel pack stayed frozen for at least 24 hours even though I only put it in the freezer for only a couple hours instead of the recommended 6 hours. (Oops)

Worked exactly as advertised!
I used this on a 2 day trip, and it worked perfectly. I froze the inside pack and cylinder the day before. Then, that morning, I took it out of the fridge, loaded in my meds, and went to the airport. It turned out the hotel I was staying in overnight did not have a refrigerator with freezer in the room. So, I just left it in my bag other than to used the meds. I took it back the next morning, and everything was still the right temp when I got home about 36 hours after I had put it in my bag. The TSA folks on both ends knew exactly what it was, and I was able to leave it in my carry-on with zero issues. Love this thing!

TSA travel for medicine
I picked this over other products because it holds one mounjaro shot and keeps it cool for the length of time I needed. It was easy to travel with and tsa approved

Nice Product -- needs a gasket to make it a great product
This is a very good quality product -- at least it arrived in good condition -- and looking forward to testing it out. I have long flights to Asia from the West Coast, so hoping it works as advertised for the 20+ hours of travel time. Packaging was good. I deducted one point for two reasons: 1. I felt that the price point was about $10 too high when compared to other, similar thermos-like products one can buy on Amazon, for example; 2. the top of the container lacks a gasket to give the last few mm of twist a secure feel. As delivered, it is a plastic to metal contact. To remedy this, I bought a rubber gasket and installed it. The top now feels more "tight" when closed.

Weighs close to a pound, if that matters to you-and special tip for air travel
Just got it, so I haven't had a chance to test its insulation capabilities, but I thought I'd give a first impression: I was totally surprised by how heavy this thing is. The whole thing weighs 15.2oz (431g) - close to a pound! That doesn't count the medicine that one will put in. I wonder whether this is why Amazon warned that this is a frequently returned item. For my purposes, the weight issue can be managed, so I am keeping it (and hope the insulation justifies the weight). I am not sure if others with equal capabilities come in lighter. For those interested:The outer container weighs 8.65oz (245g);The cooling insert: 6.55oz (186g)Update: Although it worked great for my overseas trip, on our way back, the freezer block was seized at the security checkpoint. Well, I had thrown away the used syringe and the container was empty when I got to the checkpoint. Though I had kept my prescription, the security person wouldn't allow me to take the freezer insert on the plane: "This thing has no purpose now, so you can't have it."I suppose he had a point. I should have kept the used syringe and pretended this was my med; I also should have put the container (with the freezer block) in the checked bag. So I accepted that it was my mistake. But live and learn.

Works as advertised
We were very hesitant on buying something like this online. I needed something to keep my medication cool while traveling . We tested it ou5 with a thermometer and it stayed cold just like it was advertised to do.
