The T-Rex is just Beastwar Megatron updated with a different head. But overall great display!
I bought this because it was on a discount and also I bought the JP12 set. I was pleased with what I received. I didn't open it because it will distroy the display value. But I felt some day I will just open it and put it back in after I play with it.The paint job likely wasn't perfect for everyone as the T-Rex eyes were not aligned for my copy. Maybe I will help paint it to make it nicer later.Overall I love it.

A Decent Set
I like these crossovers, but I found the price of this one to be a bit high. I realize they had to pay for the licensing, but the price of two Leader class figures for a Leader and a Deluxe is a bit high. But, I decided to buy it anyway because I love Transformers and Jurassic Park.So, for $100, you'd expect everything to be perfect. Unfortunately, with my set, not everything is. For Tyranacon Rex, one of the pieces that makes up the skin of his tale was too long and another piece that needed to pass by it couldn't because it was in the way. So, I had to shave the piece slightly with a knife to get it transformed. Even worse, one of the floodlights on the front bar of JP93 was broken off. It wasn't in the package, so that means it broke off in the factory and was packaged that way. Great quality control.Other than those two negative,s this is a nice set. I already knew I liked the Kingdom Megatron set, and his dinosaur mode made sense to turn into a Jurassic Park style T-Rex. The retooling and redeco on this figure are nice. JP93 is a brand new mold and one that I really like. His transformation is nice, and I like the robot head, it obviously reminds me of the character Muldoon from the first film.So, overall, this set is decent, but I don't like getting a figure that won't transform without modification and a broken figure at this price point. So, I docked a star for that.

Megatron would approve
T-Rex is a Beast Wars Megatron re-color, which honestly is not a bad thing AT ALL. The size of the Transformers are both substantial and the quality is very good. Overall if you know anyone that is both a Transformers and Jurassic Park fan- they are going to love these.

Nephew absolutely loved these figures always loved dinosaurs and now getting into transformers it was a great fit plus the back and forth transformations are really helping his memory skills as well love these toys
