Terrific stuffer!
Arrived yesterday and I used it for 60 lb of meat sticks today.Really impressed. Was worried that it wouldn't be quick enough but only used level 3 out of 10. I've seen some people saying that the motor gets hot but it did not at all for me.Got the 15 l version and it holds very close to 30 lb of meat.It is quite heavy, but I suppose that's the trade-off for a strong motor. The only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the delay between the time you depress the pedal and the machine reacts. It's a little longer than I would like but I can certainly live with it.

Love It!!
Waited 24 hours before using it, let it climatize after receiving it by UPS; below zero in Ohio this week. Washed it down, dried it, lubricated it and reassemble it. Just finished doing 15 lbs. of sausage. Took longer to clean the grinder and stuffer than it did to stuff the sausage in the casings. Used the 1 setting to stuff, a bit of a learning curve restraining the casing to get the right amount. Only blew out one link! Can't imagine using 3,4, or 5 speed, maybe once I get used to it. Timed myself from the point where the sausage meat was at the end of the stuffing tube to finish. Ten pounds of hot Hungarian 3 minutes. Five pounds of Italian for spaghetti sauce, 58 seconds WOW!!! Hope the performance continues.Only complaint is the written instructions are a little sparse explaining everything. There are 4 plastic parts that I have no idea what they are for, and no explanation included in the manual. I emailed the manufacturer and I see what they have to say, if they answer. After the first use I'm impressed and would recommend this Hakka SEV10 electric stuffer. I'll update after making snack sticks, the true test of an electric stuffer. Forgot to add. Ended up with about 22 oz of left over sausage in the bottom of the cylinder and stuffer tube, not a big deal, made 5- 4oz patties.

Works amazing
For personal use, it is a great machine. We use it almost every week and we make well over 5 to 800 pounds of meat for sausage monthly or even every two weeks sometimes and it has not disappointed yet!

Great quality machine!!!
Excellent! I had purchased a similar machine twice already, with very poor performance and very low speed. I had already lost hope for my churros making, but this machine is excellent. Motor is heavy duty and performs really well. The heat is indeed a concern, specially because my dough is hard to squeeze, so I just give it a break and go back as needed. I only use it for churros but I am sure it works great with sausage stuffing. I recommend it.

So far so good
We’ve processed approximately 15 buffalo, 700 deer and several elk and no problems yet. We absolutely love the machine and will probably buy again if it goes out tomorrow.

so far so good
i have fought with my cabelas stuffer for year now. ive returned many of there electric motors so i thought i would give this a try. ive only use it one but it worked very well. stuffed summer sausage easily. had some issues doing pep stixs but i think it was do to not enough water and letting the meat sit in fridge over night becouse it was thick and sticky so didnt push easily like it should. im sure next time ill be turning the speed down becouse it will work great.

Customer Service is non existent
On July 14,2023 I purchased the 25lb stuffer. I was unable to use it over just over a month. Due to no fault of the equipment, I burned up the motor. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to contact Hakka Brothers to purchase a replacement motor. There is not even a number on the motor that I could buy one someplace else.Phone, every department mailbox is full. “Info@hakka…” got returned as “Undeliverable”. They have a contact page, with no one to contact.Equipment worked great. But the company does not seem to want to support their sales.I would not recommend purchasing anything from Hakka Brothers unless to want to buy another one and keep the first for parts.
