Bluetooth Upgrade+ Kit Electronic Toy Building Set Compatible with Most Building Blocks STEM Toy Learning

I purchased a set of Circuit Cubes Bluetooth Upgrade+ Kit to test it out, and to see if it would be a useful non-LEGO motorization accessory for my smaller LEGO builds. I was very impressed with it and have bought a second set.For non-LEGO fans; this kit is definitely worth buying for anyone especially children or teens who are into robotics and building fun and motorized stuff.For LEGO fans; this kit is a 100% a recommended buy. I am a LEGO fan and do from time to time build MOCs. I have always wanted a small, compact, and well build LEGO compatible rechargeable power system and small motors to help me motorize my small builds. This is that system.1- The size of the Bluetooth/Rechargeable Battery Cube is great for incorporating it into any small LEGO builds that the LEGO's own Power Functions or Powered Up battery boxes would be to big to use. It uses a micro USB for charging from computer or a 5v charger, and has very good battery life. (It measures at 4 in 4 studs wide and a height of 2 bricks stacked up).2 - The two small yet well powered Motors Cubes are equally great for incorporating them into small LEGO MOCs. The can been controlled by the app to be rotated clockwise or counters-clockwise. (They measure 2 in 4 studs wide and also a height of 2 bricks stacked up).3- The build and plastic quality of the electronics and the assembly works are fantastic. The included wires are good quality and flex well. The included few LEGO-type technic pieces are good enough to help build a small tank like robot from the kit's own instruction booklet.4- The Bluetooth set up is very very easy and even a child could easily do it.5- The App (I tested mine on Apple IOS, but Android also supports it) was very easy to deal with, and offered different ways to operate the motors. There are customization options, and even has an option for coding (I have not tested this feature).I have used the Bluetooth/Battery Cube and one Motor Cube from the kit to modify and motorize a few official LEGO Speed Champions set, and I have to say I am very impressed with result. they were compact enough that with a few modification they fit into the 8 studs wide Speed Champions set without any issue. I also used both Motor Cubes to motorize a LEGO City Construction Bulldozer and I was even more impressed with it since with two motors I could easily maneuvered the bulldozer.

Want to motorize your NES set for cheap? Simply replace the 5-length axle on step 77 of the TV with a 6-length one and connect the motor on the left side with the long wire, then turn it on! Some plates are needed underneath for support, and you’ll have to move the guard piece. The battery cube fits perfectly in the hollow back section of the TV!Positives (+)+ Small, yet powerful and of high quality. On a full charge, the build moved flawlessly, which is impressive for the rotating screen’s weight. I recommend this kit when space is tight on a build. Despite some hiccups on my part when disassembling the set and scratching the cube a little, I was impressed!+ Great value for price. Two motors, a battery cube, two short and two long wires, a Micro USB cable, and extra parts for the demo build with instructions are included. Each motor can be attached with wires on the sides or the back to one of three outputs on the battery cube, and all three outputs can run at once.+ Super easy to set up. App functions similarly to the official LEGO version, with some neat extra features like game controller support. However, I did not require it for my build because the default settings rotated it at the correct speed and direction, but it’s handy to check the battery life or to use as a remote control.Neutral (=)= The axle hole on the motor is slightly too shallow, being under a stud deep. This hasn’t caused any problems for me, but YMMV.Negatives (-)- Short battery life means performance issues when low. If the battery cube starts beeping when powered on, charge it with the included Micro USB cable.- Motor heats up fast, which warped the plastic on one because it has some wiggle room inside its housing to touch the ends.- Cannot move builds manually when the motor isn’t running due to low torque.

These little motors are the perfect scale for motorizing cars that come in lego sets and its fun to drive them around. Just be cautious though because the wires from the plug in to the motor disconnected by themselves for both motors. It was a simple fix with a saudering iron though. Overall really fun and easy to use! Definitely recommend!

I have this for Lego build where I need a smaller more compact motor. This is light weight and perfect for the small space.

The media could not be loaded. The pieces are small, rechargeable, multiple connection points for electrical bits, differnt length wires included + blue tooth app works wonders! All pieces snap to Lego. Brought my MOC to life! And made me more of a kid!
