Love this supplement! Makes me feel great! It is an excellent omega-3 source! The quality is top-notch, with high levels of EPA and DHA that are crucial for heart, brain, and overall health. Did the packaging & formula change? Been on a subscribe and save and noticed some slight changes to the ingredient list (additional fish types, different alpha tocopherol, etc). New version on the left.

Love that it doesn't have the usual fish oil smell or taste. It also doesn't have the aftertaste like most fish oils have.

I was looking for an economical; but effective Omega 3 product for health reasons, as well as dry eye issues.After some independent research, including an exhausting read of reviews, I decided on ProOmega.One of the adverse comments I saw in a few reviews was that the 'caplets' came stuck together and were impossible to be separated: a total waste. Well, that isn't entirely true. When I received my bottle and opened it, yes, they were clumped together. All I did was empty the 'globs' out into a deep dish. Then I gently began working the groups apart, by hand. Once finished, I simply put them back in the bottle. They still have a tendency to want to stick together a bit, but not like they came originally. As to the health/eye benefits, that's a tough call. It's hard to see tangible results with any supplement you take. However, after using these for over a month now, my eyes are not as dry; nothing earth shattering, but none the less a bit improved. I will continue to take these and order more. Bottom line: I would recommend this product.

I have always taken an Omega-3 but switched to Nordic Naturals ProOmega because of the amount of Omega-3 it has. Although the capsule is quite large, it is actually easy to swallow. I am taking it for my joint and eye health and immune support. I have severe dry eye. I haven't taken it long enough to evaluate it for joint health yet - but I am noticing an improvement in my dry eye and a lovely improvement to my skin. I am over 70 and my skin has a sort of "glow" to it. This seems to have developed after going on the ProOmega. As others have reported, there is no fishy taste or fish burps after taking. All in all a great supplement.
