Mixer is great for price
Gave my old one years ago, so I needed one that isn’t too pricey. Since I’m a dj I needed a small mixer that I can plug a microphone and any other inputs I need . It is easy to use and to set up. The features and effects are straightforward. It has a good mixer quality , it does have a Bluetooth connectivity but I don’t need use it at the moment.

Works very well
I have been using this little mixer for a few months and im pleased with its performance. I input my guitar into one channel and my computer audio output to another channel then run the main mixer output through a 100 watt amp with two 12" speakers so i can play to youtube backing tracks at full volume. T am able to equalize the channel volumes so that the sound is seamless. Sound quality is excellent even at volume. It has gain and tone control for each channel, which is nice, plus recording in/out jacks with a separate volume for the recording channel. Very good value

You get what you pay for
The item appears to be built well and is indeed compact. I purchased it to replace my USB interface and hopefully allow me additional audio controls into my computer when recording.voiceovers.Ladies and gentlemen - friends and neighbors, you get what you pay for.Once I set the item up, it indeed connected to my computer just fine. However the unit is very noisy.Once I dialed in all the settings and got the "effects unit" disengaged, is when I discovered the extra hiss and recording noise from the unit, making it unusable for my purposes. There are treble and base controls (no midrange), there is a gain control for two microphones, as well as a pot to adjust the microphone. But even with the phantom power on, I had to have the gain at 100% to get an audio level that was close to being useful into the computer. So, I'm boxing the unit up and sending it back. The good news is, in the process, I upgraded cables and studio monitors (all through Amazon of course) reinstalled my old USB gateway and it's sounding better than ever.Again folks, you get what you pay for...I should have known.

ALPOWL Sound Board Console System
It’s truly impressed me with its versatility and performance. The 4-channel digital USB interface is perfect for both live and studio applications, providing a seamless connection to my computer and other devices. The Bluetooth functionality is a nice touch, allowing for wireless streaming, and the MP3 input is very convenient for integrating pre-recorded tracks. The 48V phantom power works well for my condenser microphones, ensuring clear and consistent audio quality. One of the standout features is the 16-bit DSP processor, which provides excellent sound effects and processing capabilities. The controls are intuitive, making it easy to adjust settings on the fly.The build quality feels robust and durable, which is great for both studio and on-the-go use. For the price, it offers impressive functionality and flexibility, making it a solid choice for DJs, live performers, and content creators alike.Overall, the ALPOWL Sound Board Console System delivers great value and performance, and I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a reliable and feature-packed audio mixer.

NO HEAD ROOM
“Headroom” as it relates to amplifiers or in this case, this mixer, refers to how far you can turn it up before its clean tone begins to distort. It house testing shows to be passable but outside when you have to increase the individual channel, gain and master to achieve louder sound, it distorts. But then what did I expect for a $50 mixer?! I have since put this to the side and ordered a better mixer that was four times the price but at least maintains a clean signal no matter how loud I push it.

Can't beat this for the money!!
Works great! Performed exactly as I needed. I needed a simple, compact mixer with XLR outputs. I did not care about effects or digital bells and whistles. I just needed to mix three microphones into one level to send remotely to my main mixer console. Performs exactly as needed; very little noise. Although I would not consider it to be pro quality but if you need a simple 3 input mixer you can't beat this one at the price. I have not used the daw function so I cannot review that capability. The 4th and 5th channel stereo audio function work perfectly also. I expected this thing to be cheap and noisy but I'm greatly surprised. The added benefit is that it fits perfectly in one of my travel boxes along with three Shure microphones. It is now part of my kit.
