Deadfast 20300502 Ant Killer Plus Bait Station 3 x 4g, Natural

Right I'm going to update this regularly, it was a last resort for me, tried cinnamon, peppermint oil, finally this.Put first one down tonight.* Bad point, flippen ants have appeared from nowhere and having a full scale party at the bait station.* Good point, they are in such a rush to get to it I now know how they're getting in.They've eaten through some filler I used to patch up a hole they were using before.Station was easy to use, stuck to floor, cats not interested in it, ants love it.Not expecting a miracle know it takes at best a month to get rid of an ant colony, but we'll see.Will add an update next week.Got a fright cat was gulping water like no tomorrow, I covered bait station with a tupperware dish I'd cut a little hole in. Cats can't get near it now, but ants can.Mid week, less ants.Been a week, I think the ants have gone, sad that I had to use this but it has done what is says it will do, just be patient, don't annoy the ant while they are using it and don't freak out when hundreds suddenly appear from nowhere to use it.It took a week, nuff said.

Well I have to say these really do seem to work. Put one down in the kitchen where I had seen ants coming from, so far so good, no more ants . There is a little sticky pad so you can stick them down, really effective . No ants in the trap they go away and take the poison to the nest , no smell

The ants love it. They all came to party, got drunk and overdosed in the packets. The only issue is that you can 3 gel fill traps. Not enough to kill a colony as what happens is the ants go and get their buddies and they all pile into the gel.If you need to kill a colony then get powder and bomb them out.

Effective but in the hot weather the gel will dry out and crystalise in a few days. Hopefully by that time they will have done their job. You need at least three scattered around the affected room to make sure all ants are targeted. I would actually suggest purchasing 6 at once so that you can ensure all ants have been eradicated.

I would of like to say 5 star even 4.But now after buying these & using them I would of said no stars...But Amazon won't let me so I will give it a 1 star.I bought these as they look good compact and also reading the reviews...Main reason my regular ant killer in a sringe was out of stock.I decided to give these a go.I bought 2 packets which gave me 6 in total to use. But what a disappointment & a total waste of money! I used 3 the gel in side is all glumpy & looks nothing like the photo of them,the gel inside the ant trap stays in glumps. I am not happy as they are not cheap. If by any chance at all they start to attract the ants and start to do the job.I will update my review. In the meantime I will try then next packet of 3 and hope they work.At this point in time I am not optimistic...Fingers crossed they work...If they work great but if they don't work.zzI have wasted a lot of money.And hope that my usual ant killer comes back into stock really soon.Please hurry up.Or I will have to look at other the ant killers. I am 1 angry and upset customer..

I had a pretty serious ant infestation and while these traps didn’t fully solve the problem (I eventually had to call pest control), they definitely helped limit the spread and reduce the number of ants I was seeing. They were easy to use and made a noticeable difference in the short term. I’ve repurchased them to keep on hand for future prevention but it's still a helpful tool if you're dealing with ants.

Popped one outside the back door, one inside - near the door and one on the floor a few feet away from the door, below the kitchen surfaces on the ants preferred route to through the kitchen.An hour later ants were taking a keen interest in all three stations, 6 hours later at bedtime 2 of the three were very busy.The next day our kitchen was completely free from ants for the first time in weeks.We went from being overrun with ants to zero ants, and it's now been 5 weeks of bliss!

3 items in a box. Used one close to the suspected entry point. Little ant interest at first, but after a couple of hours it looked like there was major ant party going on. Less than 24 hours later, there is hardly any sign of the ants. As suspected, the ants which feasted would have taken the bait back to their nest, wiping it out in the process. It looks like the ant problem has been eliminated within a short time period. Just one item used and I still have 2 in reserve should the problem reoccur.
