works greatMy motorized true pet attachment for the hv320 quit working even though I had only used it about 5 times (it was awkward to use). I did not know if this would fit my vacuum, but thankfully it does.I works so much better than the old cumbersome one, which is good since I have 6 cats to clean up after. I use it with the extendable hose (I imported from America) to get it exactly where I need it. 👍👍

This little attachment is lovely for the stairs and also for getting my dogs hair of the sofa. Very good price. It just slides on the end of the suction pipe. Couldn't be easier.

My shark hoover is amazing! Unfortunately the stair bit stopped working so I tried this and it’s perfect!

The media could not be loaded. I thought it didn't work and was gutted. Turns out i needed to clean BOTH filters in my vacuum and thats why the attachment wasn't working. I'm so pleased with it now I've figured out the issue! Good product after all

A neat device - but reliant on suction through the vacuum cleaner rather than being directly powered. Worked well for the first couple of years with use every other week on the stairs, but started faltering ("blades" would turn when unit held up & cleaner on, but would frequently stop turning once placed on the carpet. Eventually, the head just stopped rotating completely. We're now on our second and will see how long it lasts. Issue is not with cleaner itself, as that is still running good and strong.

It’s expensive for what feels like thin plastic, especially the top part that just pushes into the vacuum end. But the roller part inside works perfectly and has a strong suction to lift flattened carpet pile on the stairs making it not only clean but looking refreshed. My only negative point is the noise, it’s so loud like a moped revving, but I guess that’s the power of the motor on the main vacuum going through it, it doesn’t sit on the side of the upright vacuum well either so I keep it in a bag to store when not using it. I’d still recommend it though for a decent deep clean.

Great tool to clean stairs. I just wish the hover it goes with would have a space to keep it handy like with the other tools.
