Now this works, got aches and pains, rub it on, don't just put it on your skin, you need to rub it in for the skin to absorb it and really work. I use this a lot for my knees and pain in my wrist.

An excellent gel, it helps to get rid of back pain. The gel is easy to apply and absorbs quickly, without leaving greasy marks on clothes. It is very convenient, especially in everyday life.

I wish I had discovered this a long time ago. I use it on my back and tendinitis elbow. It works great!

This product works in very specific situations imo...for me the pain from bruise and and a fibroma on the arch if my foot works great...but the muscle pain in hands doesn't do anything substantial enough to warrant this product...it's only getting a high rating because my podiatrist recommended for fibroma and it helped with that...so use with caution ⚠️

My Orthopedic Doctor for my hands recommended this product. I checked pricing at several local stores and Amazon had the best price and would be delivered the next day. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I followed the directions and applied the product to my hands and within a few minutes I experienced relief and within ten minutes I could add a hand brace for additional protection. I read the instructions and "used as directed" but this doesn't seem to provide any relief for me. Doesn't mean it won't work for you, I just found it to be ineffective. Doesn't leave any greasy residue, so there is that.

Thus really works snd takes away stiffness and pain in my knees! It doesn’t smell or sting my sensitive skin. I highly recommend it.
