Great for DIYers. Make Installation of cabinet hand pull handles really easy.The included drill bit exactly matches the bolt holes.This template saves time and eliminates mistakes. Just make sure you are marking the right slot and tape over the holes you do not need. I have to use a pick tool to puncture my marks before drilling. Good product.

As described

The hole sizes will not allow use of the drill bit enclosed unless you predrill them with a different bit. Drilling the template out with the enclosed bit misaligns the holes.

I am a person who has no business doing home repairs on my own. But I bought a house that is a serious fixer upper and have been doing all kinds of projects. I bought a set of power tools and I’ve been diving in. I had a hodge podge of kitchen cabinets. Five different types altogether. I planned to paint them all and install new hardware to make them “match”. This tool was amazing!!!! I had to fill old hardware holes and then use this tool to make the new ones. It was a life saver. It even came with the drill bit to make the holes which I wasn’t expecting. Sooo good! Look at this nice, even, straight handles 😁😁😁

Made my job do easy

The template for making drawer holes was accurate although the hole was a smidge smaller than the drill bit so there was a sliver of plastic that gets drilled out on the first hole. A negative is that the template is limited in the height of a drawer. While most drawers are around 5" tall I had several that were taller than the template so it was useless for them.The cabinet door template limits where you can install the height of the handle as there is a "stop" on the bottom of the template that is used to butt it up to the top or bottom of the cabinet door. This made it useless for me as I felt the template located the handle too low.Bottom line.....it's OK for most drawers but not for doors. There are better jigs available for a similar cost.
