So far, so good (2 months). Charging is pretty quick, shaving quality is excellent. Noise is low.

To be very frank I was looking for the product which can be used for a self hair cut with precision and easy to use. The brand factor and positive reviews on Amazon hold. Before purchasing a bit worried and during this pandemic situation it would be the first self-hair cut. After receiving the product and unboxing it just put a smile on the face. On the next step after charging the device and using it, the Result was shocking you can't find any difference with a saloon trimmer cut, it is so easy to use and comfortable. Great product. Light weight. Giving years of trouble free service. Always keep it charged when not in use. It can be used wireless or even when it is charging. Earlier used Panasonic Made in Japan trimmer which is heavier. This is lighter but sturdy and good quality. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my husband in June 2021 to replace his older Philipps one which also lasted 2-3 years. It's now been a little over three years and he's finding it less sharp and hair getting tugged. Usage is about 2-4 times a month. Well maintained using oil provided etc. despite this, he may now have to get a new one. So many reviews said it lasted 5+ years, some even 8 years. I think the newer versions of the same product may not be the same quality. Quite disappointed.

Body: Plastic - heavy and solid. It is not going to break easily.Cutting - the small lengths are really good. It cannot however give you a clean zero shave or zero head shave. If you have long hair and you want to trim them evenly, it will require a lot of skill with this machine.The box says 2mm to 18 mm length cutting but the machine says only up to 12 - don't worry, it is just a matter of measurement units. Their 12 settings are in the range of 2 mm to 18 mm. There is no fault in that.Warranty - two years; Panasonic doesn't have the reputation of extremely good after-sales service. Philips is better in that segment.Blades - extremely sharp and washable. I would not recommend washing as whatever blade quality you have, 100% water resistance is not possible. Clean or wipe the blades with a dry cloth every time you use them.Brush - this is the worst part of the trimmer. it is so light-weight that hair remain stuck most of the time whichever way you use the brush. It is better to use a spare toothbrush or any other brush to clean the blades.Battery - good battery life; lasts up to one hour easily after 10 hours of charging. I prefer it to use it directly with the cord plugged in. The cable of the charger is pretty long, about 1.5 meters.Life - only time will tell. I am posting this review on the day of delivery and after first use.

I have been using the older model of the same product for years. Wanted to replace it with new one because the old product started to show its age.The trimmer is easy to use and offer good range of length settings. Easy to clean and maintain.
