Aeromax Jr. Astronaut Suit with Cap

This is a very nice astronaut costume. I got this for my almost 8 year old son; we're having a space themed 2nd grade graduation party, but he got to wear it not too long ago to school for Career Day. I bought another costume from a different vendor and I did not like that one at all; this one is very well made and great looking.

This first package was lost so the replacement arrived and it is amazing. Definitely recommend for any future space travelers

Purchased for my 1yr olds first trip around the sun party, it was such a hit. Size 18m fit him great, true to size. It has a zipper up the front as well as buttons on the pants for diaper changes. Planning to save it for a future halloween costume or for dress up fun.

Grandson loves astronauts, this was the perfect Halloween costume, after I took it up a bit.

I ordered this Aeromax astronaut gear (Size 4-6 in white) for my 4 year old grandson, and am absolutely stunned at the workmanship, quality, design and detail put into this outfit. I really can't call it a costume because this is tailor quality. All of the seams and knit cuffs are top-sitichedand finished, the zippers (lots of them) are heavy plastic, the patches which look like something from the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum are carefully stitched. The fabric is a rather thin polyester and there is no warmth to this outfit, so it's necessary to wear clothes underneath, which do show through as the fabric is thin. There is a puff vinyl trim stitched around the neck, and though we have not yet washed the costume, I'm hoping the vinyl will hold up in the laundry...though definitely won't try the dryer. Although he has not yet worn it, the included baseball cap is equally well made, and even has bound eyelet holes for circulation...really!My grandson already had his costume for Halloween when I ordered this in September, so I kept it for Christmas. It was the first gift he opened and he could hardly wait to put it on, and keep on throughout the day and night. I may buy the next size up for next Halloween and his 2 year old brother will be able to wear this...it does run a bit small.I really like the finished look of the black boots in the ad picture, and we will get some of those for trick or treating, because the boot covers (sold separately) which are supposed to look like astronuat boots really aren't necessary and are cumbersome. Not expensive, but not the impact of the fabulous astronuat suit. My grandson LOVES the helmet which is sold separately, and he likes hearing the Mission Control instructions from the built-in battery operated speaker. May be a little dangerous for trick or treating because of the lack of peripheral vision, and very large size of the helmet, but the helmet really adds to to the look.

I ordered it for my above average size 2yo. This was massive. I didn’t even take it out of the clear plastic wrap because it was so obvious it wouldn’t fit. Returned it. May want to size down

I’m so happy I decided to purchase this one. It is identical to the NASA Center’s. Their gift shop didn’t have the size I needed. This is double stitched, and ALL OF THE POCKETS ARE REAL! Not cheap n shiny like typical Halloween store wear-once material. I’ll update a reply to this letting you know how a six year old liked it as a birthday gift!

Wow! My 3 year old son decided that him and his 1 year old brother were going to be astronauts for Halloween. In the past I have made my boy's costumes but I just couldn't think of a way to make them myself and have them be any cuter than this. My older son insisted on the white version of the suit and I was really nervous about keeping it clean. We attend several parties over the course of the two weeks leading into Halloween and I wasn't sure this was going to make it to Halloween looking clean. I washed the costumes eight times before Halloween and every grass stained knee, chocolate drip, or lollipop stick came right out of it. There were no loose strings hanging, the patches stayed perfect, none of the colors bled, and the neck and straps didn't twist. I did hang them to dry even though it said that you could dry it which I think helped. The cuffs and waist are all elastic which was wonderful. The costume had more than enough room in it for me to layer sweatsuits and jackets underneath it. I really liked that even in cold weather my boy's looked dressed up to perfection. The fabric was thick enough that even a black jacket underneath it wasn't peeking through too much. Overall my kids were comfortable and cute every time they were dressed in their costumes which makes me so happy! If your kids were into dressing up this would be a great play outfit, they could get into it easily and I really think it would hold up well.
