the item looks very good but I ordered a spare set of coils and a pack of replacement glass but only received the Smok pack. I trust these will arrive in due course!

Worked fine the day I got it. I filled it up it vapes fine, topped up the charge on the first day no problem. Day 4 it needs a recharge and no response when plugging it in to charge.I tried other USB ports same issueI tried a different charging cable from my e-cig pen same issue.E cig pen charges fine off both cablesStill has 2 bars left of battery so hopefully the e liquid still in it will not go to waste

2nd one I ordered and works just fine, ordered a 2nd so I've always got one charged.My first charger is find but length the second one is no longer then my forearm, I don't fancy charging it on the floor so pointless. We can't plug it into kitchen units as all taken, seems very daft to for the sake of another 6 inches of wire.

Great product and fast delivery

Nice design with decent sized tank. Is quite noisy upon inhaling & it’s very difficult to undo the top to fill with liquid. However I do like the adjustable strength control.

You can't get coil out

Easy to fill, and can get replacement parts easy from Amazon Batt life gets slightly reduced over time but this unit has out lived others I have bought in the past so worth the money Ray
