The 18.5 - 20.5 (BA05L) adapters have LITERALLY fit in EVERY SINGLE bottle of liquid medication that my tubie daughter takes. And not just the prescription medications, but 3 different "over the counter" medication bottles as well. This EnFit adapter is exactly what I was needing. After the switch to the enfit line I struggled with messy medicine syringes. You also end up loosing some medication and contamination by sticking the syringe in the bottles. this adapter fixes that problem and fits in almost all of our medicine bottles. Also you get a lot for the price and these last a long time!

Fits any standard brown pharmacy bottle or a few other prescribed liguid medicine bottles. Easy to use and reusable. 5 stars!!

After only using legacy connectors with my g tube, I ended up with ENFIT for my last tube exchange. Not only did a need different syringes for them, but I also needed new adapters for liquid meds.The seller thoughtfully included a cap sizing template in my first order, which is much appreciated.

Ok, says that this fits all the Enfit syringes,, but it does not work as the oil drips from the Enfit syringe. Tried to return it and this item is ineligible for return "For safety reasons, items containing flammable liquids or gases can’t be returned to Amazon. For more information or help, please contact us." If this is a flammable liquid or gas - then you definitely need to take it back! The return help area has proven useless.

These fit into my medicine bottles perfectly. They make it a lot easier to draw up medication for my Enfit feeding tube. Also, I learned the hard way that the measurement is for the internal diameter of the bottle, not the outside. Learn from my mistake!

These work great with the enFit syringes for the standard bottles for our son's medications. They don't drip and can't be removed pretty easily when the bottle is empty
