Transformed our yard!
My husband & I had a backyard with a giant slab patio and rocks everywhere else. It left us with very little usable space. After much consideration, we decided to go with turf to cover the rocks. We watched a few DIY videos, and went with this company based on reviews.I truly couldn’t be happier! My husband did all of it himself with zero experience, and it came out so lovely. My biggest tip is to carefully watch the direction of the grass when you’re laying it. Our yard is angular from the slab, so we had to cut a lot of pieces. Before he thought about it, he laid 2 pieces with the grain going in opposite directions. The seam line is more obvious in that spot, but it would’ve been too much to take it out and put a new huge piece. It’s just something to keep in mind.We live in south Louisiana, so the true test will be how well it holds up in the heat this summer. So far, I’m in love and can’t recommend this brand enough! It’s amazing to finally have usable soft ground in our yard.

Used indoor to carpet a small office / kids room area. Looks great, kid and pet friendly
I used this to carpet a den area I use as my office and is also used for my girlfriends child to sleep when she stays over.Arrival and Installation:Easy to move once it's delivered - it's light compared to anything like an actual rug.Easy to install, the measurements are pretty accurate on arrival to what you order, if you need to cut it at all a box cutter should be just fine. I used carpet tape to stick it to lino flooring so i didn't have to damage it and the installation is temporary, just pulled it tight at the corners and once furniture is down on top it's not going anywhere. All of the blades of grass will be leaning one way so you'll want to be careful with patching different sheets of this down so they go somewhat together.Look and Feel:Very real, The grass is shiny as expected because it's plastic, but the blades are tall, thin, and the deep green color is nice, it's not fluorescent or 'nuclear' like fake grass i've seen before and is a lot more realistics. You can actually run your fingers through the blades and it's really quite soft.Indoor upkeep:My dogs luckily have only had an accident on it a couple of times (no more than theyve had in other areas of the apartment) and I've just sprayed bleach and it has been really easy to clean. I've also vacuumed it a lot and it's been great and held up well.Cons:For the first week or two there was a really strong smell of fake plastic. This lingered around for a while maybe because the area was poorly ventilated. We used fans to drive the smell towards the windows at the other side of the apartment. But the smell did subside on it's own.I've read there are remedies to reduce the smell, mostly chemical treatments that may be better suited for outside but we didn't use them.

Bought for my late German Shepherd.
It's only purpose was to give my old German Shepherd a clean place to do her business on the deck avoiding the stairs, while helping to give her old legs some traction. For that purpose it worked great. This isn't the quality of fake grass that's fooling anyone - but I'd say it's great for the dog. The "grass" height is fairly low, so cleaning up after the dog is easier. Pick up what they leave behind and you can easily hose the mat down to clean. The water drains away quickly and won't puddle up. Unfortunately my dog only got a few weeks of use out of this - but it definitely helped her and she seemed to appreciate it, so for me - it was worth the $100 to help her. The 5x10 size was bigger than some others and gave her enough room to have some space to walk around a little bit. She seemed to enjoy having a softer place to lay down on also. I just kept a hose nearby and cleaned it off whenever she'd use it. This is probably great for a small patio and looks decent enough compared to some of those real cheap options that look horrible. I'd call this mid range in terms of appearance and quality. C o s t c o had a much, MUCH more realistic and better quality version for about the same price, but this was a bit larger and had shorter "grass" making it easier to hose off (instead of stuff getting smeared into it). It's thick enough you don't see the mat or pile and doesn't look like a total piece of junk, but I promise you nobody is gonna drive by and think this is real grass.

This is a GREAT product!
We had our patio remodeled and enclosed the space with a fence so we could allow our dog to enjoy some exercise, playtime and fresh air without having to be tied up. Little did we know, our rescue pup is a digger and will eat the pebbles she digs up. We needed a solution to stop this dangerous behavior - that's where LITA synthetic turf grass comes in. We originally looked into having a company install turf but they're very expensive (we were quoted $15/sq. ft.). We discovered this turf on Amazon and decided to take a chance since we could order by the size we needed. The grass came several days earlier than expected, all nicely rolled up and secure. We tackled this project and completed it in one Saturday. Because you can order pretty much any size you need, there is little waste. The turf is easy to cut with a utility knife (we tried heavy duty scissors but the utility knife worked much better). Our dog loves it, especially when one of us plays ball with her and she can run on her new grass and NOT eat pebbles. After tilling the ground and removing existing grass and tamping down the dirt, we spread the landscapers cloth, tacked a few corners with landscape staples, then rolled the turf over it, cutting to fit, and securing with more landscape staples. We used a 4 ft x 48 ft size so we used almost 100 landscape staples. We ended up spending less than $600 for the entire project and are very happy with the results. If using this area as a potty, I would recommend putting a layer of something over the landscapers cloth to facilitate drainage from hosing the area down (we use our area as a play area only so we skipped this part). We had a strong rainstorm last night and the turf looks great - not pooling water at all.
