This product is a nice size for weekly injectibles

I've just purchased my second one. The first one took about six months to fill. It holds approximately fifty or so Zepbound injection pens not including the caps. If the cap is left on, the pen gets trapped in the door and needs to be jiggled down.

Holds a decent amount of syringes. A little tricky to get them into the opening if they have any bulkiness to them. Good quality overall.

I use a self-injection "pen" that needs to be disposed of in a sharps container, but they're longer than most ordinary quart-size containers, so they won't fit. Although this container is pretty large, it's necessary for those larger sharps devices.The container has a "swinging door" type opening at the top, allowing you to simply drop the sharps inside without having to remove a lid. The durable plastic body seems well-made and secure, although a determined child can defeat most of these things. So keep them out of reach of anyone who shouldn't have access.Interestingly, I was at a doctor's office yesterday and saw one of these same containers in the treatment room. It was locked in place by a metal frame to prevent removal or unauthorized access, but otherwise was the same product.

This baby is huge and holds a lot. Works like an old mailbox.
