Screen Gems MIRRIOR Screen Room Divider, 50"L x 69"H, Multicolor

I use this in my living room for dance classes. For the price I paid, this was an awesome purchase. The unit is quite sturdy and balanced and well put together. We put little furniture pad stickers on the bottom even so it's easy to slide around on the floor.My only gripe would be with the packaging for which I have to deduct a star. It came in a fitted cardboard box with only a light layer of styrofoam sheet between the product and the outside of the box, and due to the weight (and not being marked as fragile or anything), there were a couple holes on the outside. Fortunately no damage to my mirror, but I did find a light scratch near one of the bottom corners. Not enough for me to want to return as it's barely noticeable, but I definitely think the packaging could be improved to help avoid damage in shipping.

I just received this product and found a big crack on the wooden frame when I unpackaged it. Please see the attached photos. To returning and replacing this heavy item is impossible for an old retiree. I am looking for a repair kit or some money back. Thanks.
