Out of the box the light didn't work. I was going to send it back but it is too much trouble. It is top heavy and falls over if you don't find the right balance. There are no directions for assembly. The magnification is not that great either.

Items was as I expected. Cheaply made but functional. The magnifying glass is great and the light is nice and bright even on batteries. The clamps that hold thing in place are cheap and need to be pretty tight to hold them in place. The main center shaft keeps coming loose which makes it wobbly. To tighten the shaft means taking the clip assemble and magnifying glass assembly off the shaft to tighten it up and then put it back together. I need to add some extra weights to the base as it is a little tippy due to the base being lighter than what it should be given the large magnifier glass. It's not too tippy but could be more stable with a little extra weight. I mainly wanted it for rebuilding ecig atomizer coils. As the coils and most rebuildable atomizers and tanks have small build deck the magnifier glass and light are working fantastic for what I needed it for. Over all it works fine but is a little cheaply made and for the price it is a decent value.

while beefy in out ward appearance, this device lacks the intuitive attributes tthat would make it an honest contender for my work bench,Lackes sufficent elevation to attend to any project with ease, the locking screws go to max tightness in only half a turn. Alligator clips are a challenger to to get to stay in one place. Did not ripwork my satisfaction

The Magnifiers are OK, with the combination of them is a little difficult to focus on the subject.The Soldering iron gets too close of the plastic base and knobs (be careful with your fingers)The adjusting knobs are not easy to tight.The led is fine and easy to adjust its position.I like that it can be used batteries as well as the included adapter.

It works as needed. Overall it is a cheep construction and a clumsy design. Once it's adjusted it works fine. The led light is very bright and there were no scratches on the lens'. Although no protection was used in packaging. It is compact foe a small space. The retaining screws due not work well and have to be tightened hard to stay. Probably they will strip out after a few uses. The power adapter is very flimsy, I have concerns about pluging it in. I will just use the battery which works fine. Overall, will have to replace the retaining screws and as long as I don't drop it or adjust it too much it should last a while. Would be good for a weekender hobiest or a kid as a starter.

A must have if you are into electronic projects. The mug magnifying glass is very useful, the smaller one not much so. The led lights are excellent and provides good visibility. The adjustment screw are a bit difficult to tighten , I used Vaseline and also a plier to tighten them at first. After couple of turns with the pliers they became smooth and I can now them with my hands.

This has been very helpful in doing repair work on my sunglasses when working with the tiny screws.Also very helpful in reading the small print on watch batteries to determine the battery's part number.It allows me to keep both hands free to hold the tools I need in one hand and the item I'm working onin the other. The built in light is nice too.

Ok, this unit has a lot going for it. Three lenses, clips to hold small parts and a soldering tip holder. The down side is it is top heavy. You need to glue something heavy under the base or attach it to a larger piece. Not a big deal unless you are not handy.
