Worst customer service from Dektron
For installation, I'm calling and messaging in WhatsApp to the Dektron team for past 2 days but still no appropriate action has been taken from their side.

This tv worked well with good picture and sound quality for 3 days on 4th day it stopped and only the company's name DEKTRON appeared continuously and the channels did not start despite trying 4~5 times

Can anybody tell me how to use Hdmi cable I tried by using hdmi cable but it does not work.

BAD DISPLAY . VERY CHEAP QUALITY TV
WHEN I INSTALLED THIS TV, THERE WAS SCREEN DISPLAY IS VERY FENT COLOUR/ UNIDENTIFIED PITCHER, VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. ALSO PITCHER SHOWING DOUBLE WITH ONE BLANK STRIP OF 3 TO 4 INCH..I WAST MY TIME FOR BUYING THIS PRODUCT. I SUGGEST DON'T BUY SUCH PRODUCTS ONLINE.
