Fine
They should tell you to have the smooth side of the plate to the wall so the screw heads can recess. They emphasis that click with the plate to activate it and all of mine worked. I ordered one set of four and a set of two, since I needed 6. The directions were larger print and easier to understand in the set of two, oddly. I like how tastefully small they are. I hoe the red light blinking every 40 seconds does not keep me awake.

Battery only. Small size is perfect to move around.
Really easy to install. Seems nicely built and I can put them anywhere. Perfect to bring on trips. Can't say I really tested them as I haven't had a fire.

Small, Modern, Sleek, and works great!
Love the modern look of these and they are small and not very noticeable. while we haven’t had a fire to test them out, the alarmHeard with pressing the test button is very loud. I also love the indicator light that tells me the batteries are still good. I would definitely buy these again. You can’t beat the price considering they come with the battery. Buy them, you won’t be sorry!

Does the job!
These are really small but, just as powerful as big ones. It’s so comforting at night to look up and see the tiny red light letting me know it’s watching over me. Would highly recommend.

I don’t think super cute should be used for a smoke alarm but theseeeeee are super cute and easy to “assemble” and install! Highly recommend.
