best quality scooter ever!!
I’ve tried this scooter which is so popular in Korea while I was visiting my family. I saw many people were riding these Widewheel kinds of scooters. One of my friend even commutes on this scooter. Back to states, I wanted to purchase one and found the same product on Amazon.what I bought is 13.2 dual item.Pros1. This one is so powerful that it travels up a hill at a constant speed.2. These wheels are much balanced, so less bounce compare to other products.3. Design is simple and perfectCons1. Due to equipping battery and dual motors? It’s heavier than I thought. Check the pounds!2. Shipping days. It took me 7 days to receive the product, because shipped from CA. *Free shipping heck yeah lol*Overall-Front and rear motors,-13.2 ah battery-wide tireThose are reason why I purchased this scooter. But i don’t recommend for a person who is looking for lighter scooter, but for quality, I am giving 5 stars.

Ultra Smooth Ride, Insane Pure Electric Dual-Motor Torque
Spent many hours researching which 2nd electric scooter to purchase. The first was a dual-motor with top speed of 22mph with 5.5 inch wheels. This Dual-Motor Widewheel with 634wh makes that one look like a toy. The insane torque of this thing will throw you off if you're not gripping the handlebars. The ride is ultra smooth due to the WIDE WHEELS. The rear disc brake works well. Mercane Global's tutorial videos have been helpful to adjust the brakes or to disable the speed limiter. More than thrilled with the ride quality, power and speed of this beast.Positives:-Insane dual-motor power from both Wide Wheels-Super smooth ride & suspension-31 miles of battery-Good stopping power-Solid build qualityCould improve:-Tricky to disable the speed limiter (even though Mercane Global has provided instructions on their blog)-No speedometer display-Weight, hefty at 50lbs

Nice, but....
This scooter seemed to have much better reviews than others, plus was way cooler looking…so seemed well worth the extra cost over the $500 scooters I was checking out. I was planning on using it to commute 7 miles each way to work so the substantial suspension seemed like a big perk as well. As the other reviews mentioned, the 4 led interface is a little challenging to get use to…whether you hold the button for 3-4 seconds, 1-2 seconds, or just a quick ½ second touch all make a difference…to change the power level, turn cruise on/ off, turn headlight on/off…kind of a pain but worked ok once you get used to it. Then having a decent bike ap on your phone is useful for keeping track of miles and speed (my top speed was 18mph). I see the newer (2019 model) mentions a better throttle, this would actually be super useful. This 2018 model basically goes to full speed immediately. There is a VERY small window where you can get it to go about walking speed but not it is NOT an even acceleration, basically feels like full on or full off. The solid tires were also a big selling point to me, not to worry about a flat halfway to work. The negative part is that it does create a very bumpy ride. Even a “smooth” sidewalk gives a pretty rough ride with every single crack making a noticeable bump. A smooth road or bike path is of course perfect, just hold on tight when you accelerate. The small wheels are also something to get use to, not at ALL like a bike. You do not really “turn” per se, you pretty much just need to turn ever so slightly while leaning…and slowly! At full speed it seems considerably less stable than a large wheeled bike, but as long as you know what to expect, no prob. I am 59 years old and weigh 130lbs, so unfortunately the suspension feels virtually non-existent, it would be super useful if that was adjustable. I road around the block once the first day, seemed a bit scary to think about commuting 7 miles on it, the next day I went on a 9mile trip on the bike path, no problem, totally doable. I haven’t read anything about riding this in the rain, but I am thinking that would not be advisable, so the other bummer is that this is truly a fair-weather only machine. Well, I am NOT staying in stinking Illinois when I retire, so I will have the perfect ride when I am in sunny Florida…or Arizona. I have no reference or experience with any other scooters, but it seems well made but with plenty of room for improvements. A big improvement would be a smarter charger. A light changes from red to green when charged but then you are supposed to disconnect it from the charger, if you leave it plugged in for extended periods of time it can heat up and shorten the battery life. With the battery being close to 30% of the cost of the scooter, that is a big deal. I will be investing in a timer so I can plug it in and forget it. Being an electrical engineer, I was intrigued with the part of traveling 500 miles on a dollars’ worth of electricity, very cool. As an FYI, the charger interface is something I was not at all familiar with and took some digging around to find that they use something called an XT60 connector. I wanted to have a charger at work and home so ordered a 54.6V 2A charger from Amazon and then an XT60 adapter to connect to the scooter.

A paperweight... A new hope!
Update 1, please know that I am working on a return and replacement at this moment. There is hope. I have received a return label and now will box up my unit. I was offered an exchange or refund and I chose to exchange because I really want a working Widewheel. I will update again soon.---In May 2019 I paid and got the 2018 version with the instruction manual that is incomplete and even in the wrong order. No joke. A thousand dollars and you get one button to access 4 blinking lights. That's the joke on me. The incomplete instructions do not cover all the options available to only one button. The lights blink in a code the instructions don't cover. YouTube videos are unhelpful also when you search for the mystery flashing sequences. One button and 4 LEDs for a thousand dollars and a two week long paperweight. What a waste.

This scooter has a very innovative design
This scooter has a very innovative design. The wide wheels give it a lot of stability, you feel secure while riding it. The manual included explains very clear what you need to know about the product. I use the scooter to commute to work and enjoy riding it, very good quality.A suggestion for future improvement, I would have loved the screen to provide more information and USB connection.Customer service has been great, they responded all my questions very quickly.Overall I highly recommend this product.
