I have used supplements of this configuration for 40+ years. I had minor joint difficulties in my hands and the supplement fixed that condition. These Vitalabs are the same dosage but capsules rather than tablets. I began to have difficulty swallowing the tablets. I have no difficulty swallowing the Vitilab capsules. I am expecting the same success with this product as with the form I used to take.
