These may be a little pricey, but they are soooooooo much better than the frozen varieties. If you've ever been to Switzerland you'll be pleased to know that these potatoes are completely authentic. You don't even need to add oil - just flatten in a pan, heat, and enjoy!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I live with a man from Switzerland and he told me these were very good and he was right. They are very good but we have ordered them twice now and the price keeps going up. I will not order anymore, but they are very good to eat.

tastes ok but not easy to cook

These are as close to a real Swiss rosti as I can find in the US. Each package is enough for 3-4 servings. Schon mit speck und eier.

Just like the Roesti you get in Switzerland or Germany. Comes out to about $5.00 pouch, an incredible value.Taste just like you are in the alps!Great price, taste and value. I am a happy camper!
