Trying to wrap up my opinion of this product without being wordy will be tough. It’s heavy and bulky, impossible to operate, and comes with instructions so poorly worded and translated, I gave up and requested a return sticker. It has possibilities, I’m sure, but for a woman with a wrist broken in 2 places who has never owned a stand + keyboard for iPad, it has been impossible. The company in China who sells & distribtes this product emailed me asking for suggestions, feigning concern, but my email reply was returned undeliverable. In my opinion, skip it, and skip China until they learn to cater to Amazon, and the Amazon Customer.

After 2 months of use, this has been the best keyboard for an iPad I have used. I’m still on the first charge (haven’t been using the backlight which uses battery quicker). The keyboard is comfortable to type on (the only improvement suggestion is the right shift key could be larger, sometimes hit the right up arrow accidentally).The on/off is easy, the pairing works great. The screen is able to be positioned at the exact angle I want, whether on my lap or on a desk. It also flips over very easily for getting it out of the way for drawing.Great product!

I bought this so I could have a keyboard. It was a great price when I bought it. The keyboard doesn't work all the time and some of the. It tons work and some do not. So I guess the same old saying still stands "you get what you pay for"

Used for my IPads, one for myself and my husband. After about six months my would no longer connect and the battery will not hold a charge. Both are now unusable mine because it will not connect or hold a charge & my husband’s won’t hold the charge more than ten minutes.

I had high hopes for this case. With so many similar options out there, I chose this one because of its offer of an 18-hour battery life for the keyboard if not using the backlight, which I didn’t really plan on using anyway. And the battery has not disappointed. Even the small size of the keyboard has not been difficult to adjust to. But the keyboard half of the case is so lightweight that once I snapped my iPad into the top it became significantly top heavy, which doesn’t present too big a problem if I am using it on a table, but if I am relaxing on the couch with the iPad case open on my lap, it tips backward pretty easily. The poorest aspect of the design is that I have to establish the Bluetooth connection between my iPad and the case manually every time I turn on the keyboard. Unlike my last Bluetooth keyboard that connected to my iPad as soon as I turned it on, this keyboard case requires me to hit fn+C to open the Bluetooth connection, then go into my iPad Settings, and choose the keyboard from the Bluetooth menu. And the keyboard forms a new Bluetooth connection with the iPad every time I turn it on. You can see in the screenshot how many different connections it has initiated with my iPad. I tried multiple times using one of the previous connections instead of the new one, and each time it said “Connection Unsuccessful” and told me to make sure the keyboard was discoverable and in range as though my iPad no longer recognized that signal as coming from the keyboard. I had hoped that this case would simplify my life, but it’s actually making it more complicated.**Update: After a couple weeks of using the case, the problem where I had to initiate the Bluetooth connection manually each time I turned on the keyboard has disappeared, so I guess it was just a temporary glitch. Now the keyboard connects to my iPad automatically when I switch it on. And right after posting my initial review I was contacted by the company asking if there was anything they could do to fix the problem, so at least their customer service department is on top of things. The case is still top heavy, but I can probably find an easy fix for that.
