Bad Taste, Worse Physiological Effects
A rare failure of pre-workout mix in that it combines disastrous taste and functionality with a caffeine-boost, which users may be unable to expend as they spend the exercise session plastered to a toilet. The result is misery before, during, and after exercise.Psycho Pharma recommends one scoop per serving, which is odd considering most supplements recommend two scoops (cynically, the reason being to encourage users to consume the product twice as quickly). However, after consuming this product, I understand their recommendation and in fact, I find the recommendation may be one scoop too many. This product's taste after preparation with this recommended serving size is best compared to the sickly sweetness of cough syrup. I shudder to think of the taste had I used two scoops. I shudder further upon the realization that some poor product tester-presumably locked in the deepest bowels of the Psycho Pharma-learned that one scoop was plenty through trial-and-error.Unfortunately, this taste only foreshadowed the disaster to come during an exercise. While exercising after consuming the product, I experienced stomach aches, acid reflux, and indigestion. These issues rendered me unable to focus on my workout. In one particular situation, I spent nearly 30 minutes anchored to the throne. During this session, I wascondemned to the walk-of-shame associated with using the facilities during a lift not once, but twice. The first time, I disappeared for a barely unnoticeable five minutes. The second, however, required nearly 20 minutes. Upon my return to the exercise area, I could feel the scarlet letter hanging around my neck. I imagined this brand of shame, however, was not spelled with the single letter "A," but two letters - "PP." Obviously, my bathroom sojourns were not sufficient exercise to expend the moderate surge in energy which the mix provided. As a result, I experienced caffeine- and beta alanine- related tingles all day.I purchased this product based on a recommendation from bodybuidling.com. I used this mix three times before deciding to return. I have been using various pre-workout mixes before exercising for approximately eight years. Hopefully, the next eight will never include this one.

Pretty decent
Came across this after doing a bit of research. I weigh 190 and am a mildly experienced lifter, becoming more experienced each month. This product really gets a good pump going and gives some serious energy for lifting weights. The one scoop is probably too much and even though I do fine with caffeine, this product tends to keep me up very late past bedtime even though it’s been six hours since I took it. It also makes me a little nauseous even though I mix one scoop with 16 ounce water. I sill want to recommend this product. But I hope my review helps someone doing the same research I was a year ago.

not good at all
I generally won't leave bad reviews, but I purchased this product in hopes that it lived up to the hype that I had seen online. Sadly it did not. NO creatine in this for starters. Second it is a very chemical feeling PWO and not at all energetic. The main terrible side effect is that it caused me to have terrible nasal drip and that happened every time I took it. Throwing the can away.
