Massage Blocks are like foam rollers for the rest of your body. They are not for the faint of heart; if you like a heavy handed deep tissue massage you will probably love our tools. They are intensely good and superior to any self-myofascial release products on the market. A ball or a roller, by design, is intended to move requiring repositioning to stay on target, our tools are designed to stay put offering the ultimate static release. With Massage Blocks you can effortlessly drive pressure into a Trigger Point, until the knot melts away. Our premium synthetic rubber has a tendency to stick to flat surfaces offering lateral pressure where you can literally press sideways into a trigger point, while the tool actually gives to your force. It is easy to drive 30% of your body weight into a trigger point for as long as you like. These recovery aids are also great for mobilizing stiff joints. Please read our reviews. We will never pay for or offer discounted products in exchange for customer reviews. If maintaining an active lifestyle important to you, or perhaps you are just getting older, you know muscle strains cannot be avoided. Often the best course is rest and if you can afford it, an immediate massage. Any pro trainer or athlete will tell you - if you target a strained muscle with pressure therapy within minutes of injury, recovery times are drastically reduced. In many cases, small strains can be alleviated instantaneously. Pressure therapy for sore and strained muscles is not rocket science, just pick up a tool that seem right and apply pressure into the most tender spot to release the Trigger Point. If you do not notice an immediate improvement, or you experience sharp, shooting, or burning pain see your health care provider (bring our tools with you). Do not use our tools if you have been recently injured or if you have reason to believe they may make your condition worse. Call us, we are happy to offer free phone support.

Great self massage/ myofascial release tools!!
Incredible. I'm a physical therapist and have many aches and pains myself. I bought the neck kit alone first. Then, I bought the full set. I've recommended these to many patients already and will continue to. They are a smooth and effective. I had bought an inferior product made of four knobs and hard plastic. It didn't fit correctly under the base of the skull and did not feel good. The material inassage blocks has a perfect amount of firmness eight some give and a nice matte finish smoothe surface. Highly recommend these for self care for everyone like me who needs to get massages weekly, but they are a cost prohibitive option.

Truly a five star product, though possibly not for everybody...
For anyone on a budget I would obviously recommend tennis or lacrosse balls and foam rollers as workable and effective options/starting points. As an orthopedic massage therapist with years of experience giving and receiving myofascial release and trigger point therapy, I had no difficulty putting this full kit to immediate and effective self care use. For someone less familiar with or uninitiated in what good myofascial release and trigger point therapies feel like your mileage may vary, and you may want to start by receiving those therapies from an experienced practitioner first. I know I have clients for whom I'd recommend this product without hesitation, and others who would not reap the return on their investment. What I prefer more than anything about this product is the stability of the tools vs rolling atop a ball. I feel like I can rest very slowly into a much deeper pressure/stretch, and lining up multiple tools allowed me to address long muscle groups of the spine and ribs mimicking good forearm work in these areas. The firmness of this product seems to me to be exactly right. Significantly softer than a lacrosse ball while feeling similarly penetrating and robust with my full 6ft/190lb frame leaning into them. The grip of the rubber they've used is perfect for lateral and twisting stretches while engaging a trigger point or tendon stretch, anchoring to any surface I've used them on, and as someone comparatively sensitive to chemical off gassing I can discern no detectable odor, similar to silicone kitchenware. I suspect they will hold up to and receive much use and will report back if I find otherwise. A final note that these blocks may be too point specific and therefore inappropriate for areas of the body with greater adipose tissue, and broader pressure over those areas such as a half foam roller of lesser density may be more safe and effective.

Drop your foam roller and grab a set of these!
I am a very active person, running, yoga and pilates. That along with life's everyday stresses can really create plenty of muscle dysfunction which translates to a lot of aches and pains. I have gone the Physical Therapy route for various issues such as ITBS and Plantar Fasciitis; it helped but never cured. I also have pain and restricted movement in my neck at times. I do recommend having everything checked out by a physician just to make sure you know the source of your problem, especially in the cervical region. However, if you have muscular problems caused by stress, posture or overuse etc...this kit is like having your own masseuse who specializes in Trigger Point Therapy at your beckoned call. I have been able to treat myself! Deal with all of my aches and pains and stay active!! Educate yourself in Trigger Point Therapy and take charge of your physical health. This set provides much more relief than foam rollers or tennis balls! In my opinion this set of tools is priceless!!

Money well spent, love 'em!!!!
I would give these blocks 10 stars if I could. I have suffered with fibromyalgia for years. I completely got rid a trigger point that professionals could not...in less than 5 miutes! It just kept releasing until it was gone. It has been almost a month now and it has not returned. And I have felt muscles around that area continually losen since then. This is some of the best money I have spent on my health. I will be recommending these for sure to people I know.

Good but overpriced
Good but overpriced. However they will definitely hold up for years and do their job well. Mom break during nap comes in handy to destress significantly/deeply in about five minutes. I have neck and lower back issues needing pt and a lot of stress which aggravates condition - I noticed that weekly massages that used strong trigger point work were doing the trick to manage this, saw these and got for a mom’s day present for myself. While it can’t replace my massage therapist the effects are real and almost instant to release stress and alter your state for the better.

well worth it
love these! i purchased a less expensive brand and sent it back because it was painful. these are still very firm, but my body can handle them. I've managed to crack an area between my shoulder blades that has been sore for a very long time. my lower back feels great when i lay on the blocks. i don't have much of a need for the neck blocks, but i definitely feel relief with that as well. these will last a lifetime, so the money is well worth it. i didn't get anything for this review, i paid full price with my own money, so you can trust my review.

Good for your Arsenal.
I liked this product because it provides relief for very stubborn areas around neck, shoulders, hips, calves, still points, and even chest. I can use it to find relief without having to rely on another person to help me. It has a no-slip bottom so that when I apply my body weight and gently roll or push into the tools, they don't slide around. They are a very very firm rubber type material. They are well made and I expect that tgey will have a long life expectancy.

Best massage tool ever.
I have bought many massage tools in the last few years, this set is the most expensive one, but it really is worth the money. They are well made, and designed to reach the neck and back. They are hard and can get into really deep tissue.

Good Stuff
Very good quality blocks, work well to undo knots in the body, or to relax some body parts. Nothing bad to say, very good product!
