Used for Light Painting, balloon illumination, and celebration cakes. The lighting sequence is each color for a ~1 second duration and then rapid flashing through the colors. Controlling chip is built into the LED 'tube'. A plastic tab is used to turn on and turn off. It is fun to leave one flashing along with the bill at dinner, on the bus or other random places. With a 150 of them, there are lots of uses to explore.

The media could not be loaded.  Oh-EM-Geeee these are AWESOME!!! For anyone out there who has done the whole "glow stick in a balloon" trick, THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!!! How I wish I knew about these 3 years ago when my annual glow in the dark themed parties began.... they are worth EVERY PENNY!!!! seriously.....every. cent!!!

I would have given these five stars because they are pretty great except for the fact that if you drop the balloon that they're in they break open inside the balloon and no longer function and they most often pop the balloon. I did find a workaround, place a thin strip of transparent tape all the way around it to keep it together after pulling the tab but before placing it into the balloon.

We used them to light up punchy balloons for Halloween. They worked great. Also used them for flashing eyes on decorations. Worked great. They last over 24 hours then slowly die out.

These are bulkier than the others I have tried. They are problematic if you put them inside a bigger balloon and the kids bounce it around, as the led part sticks out above the plastic ball too far and is prone to falling out. These will only be good for a smaller, confined area of a balloon or a push-through into a 260 etc. as that will create a balloon wrapping around the light that will keep it from falling apart. These are problematic and I will be going back to my old brand.

The colors are vivid!! If used in consecutive days they last at least 3 days!! They are truly an eye catcher and a conversation piece!! You can even turn off the bulbs if you don't want to use for a long time by replacing the white pull tab!! High recommend for all joyous occasions!!!

I love using these little lights. I typically use them for all of my celebrations. I’ve put them in vases with rocks, in bowls, in other decorations during the holidays. These things always get the parties started right.
