Loved as Keto snack
I stumbled upon these browsing for keto friendly snacks. Starting to get a bit tired of pork scratchings/cracklings. Got them today, several days faster than the estimated date from amazon. Great first impression. Second..these are simply 100% cheese, so they are not as salty as pork cracklings of course. The first impression is as eating airy/popped chips/crisps, and the after taste is very distinct gauda cheese. I love it. I might salt them a little bit to get more salt in me, as i need more salt living Keto, but i am extremely happy with this. The macros are better than pork scratchings/cracklings, seen with "keto/low carb eyes". The pork has more or less same amount of fat and protein ( and 0 carb), but these popped cheese have pr. 100 g: fat 50 g (34g saturated), 0 carb, Protein 38 g, salt 2.6 g. I plan on bringing these my short tea breaks at work, and to eat watching tv etc. It will certainly help that craving for crispy, salty snacks. Yes, it is pricey, but that is the price to pay for clean food and specialised food with a small target group, in my opinion. I will def order again before i run out. They have that small resemblance to cheetos /other cheese flavoured snacks..just less concentrated flavour of course :)

Oh. My. Word.
These took a while to be delivered (as expected), but - wow - was it worth the wait!! They are absolutely delicious and , for a current cheeseaholic and a former crisp’aholic, these totally fit the bill! They are c1cm square, crunchy, cheesy bites which taste a bit like really rich cheese straws, but without the carbs! Lots of salty, tangy, umami-flavours, and these are going to be a ‘must-buy’ item on my low carb shopping list!
