Great powder!
This is the good stuff, we use it to spice up anything we are making properly. We use it to make Brussel Sprouts, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, & rubs for meat.

Bugs inside!
Purchased to make a seasoning blend. Made the seasoning blend awhile ago and pulled it out to use today to find bugs in the blend I made. Since it was in a different container I thought bugs may have gotten into it so I started pulling spices out to make more seasoning blend. As soon as I pulled the Calabrian chili powder I saw it also had bugs in it. I saw another review mentioned theirs coming with bugs in it as well. Waste of money purchasing this product as well as all the other seasonings wasted in the seasoning blend I made.

Packs some heat!
Used this to spice up some hot sausage for Guinea Grinders. Whooee it did the job! Sautéed onions, mushrooms, added hot sausage and a can of tomato sauce, lightly coated it with creole seasoning and black pepper, then shook a bit of this on top and finished cooking it up. A lil goes a long way! Served on hoagies with mozzarella cheese broiled on top.

Hot, and flavorful
I ordered this after seeing the brand featured on the wonderful “Pasta Grammar” YouTube channel. It’s very spicy, yet still have a distinctive flavor that’s very different from Mexican or Asian peppers. I like sprinkling it on pasta dishes that need a bit more zing.
