Quality, ease of installation
So far so good. Easy to install. Instructions are clear. Just bought a second one for the wife's car. I will update my review in a year to tell if it's still working or not. Update... I finally had time to finish wiring the flasher lights in. It doesn't matter if the truck is running or shut off every time I open the door or turn on the interior light the outside flashers will flash 6 to 8 times. Not sure if I like this, it's kinda irritating. I think I'm going to have to disconnect the brown wires .

Low confidence in product
Not a good unit. It installed easy and most of the functions worked good from the start but one week there was an issue with turning on the alarm even after trying to activate it with both alarms. the next week it would lock the power locks sometimes and sometimes it wouldn't. Then the next week it would cut off the ignition connection from time to time to where it would not allow the vehicle to start and sometimes cause the vehicle to die in the middle of a ride forcing me to turn the key off, turn the alarm on and off so that it would start again. I purchased a different brand alarm with all the same functions and almost the exact wiring diagram and did not have any problems at all. The failures took an amount time to expose and the 30 day return shortened my time to remove the unit and get sent back that I missed my return window. Should I have returned after the first failure?? Probably but I am aware not every product is perfect every time and when I had the extra time I would troubleshoot the issues and confirm install was correct which took away the return time for refund. I have installed alarms for all of my cars and trucks since I was 16 (Clifford) so I go way back with alarms and never have had this issue before. Could have been limited to just this unit or the line of units sent out not sure but I will avoid this brand.

Great price
Very similar to expensive alarms. One detail I noticed different is that it has another wire sense for the brake pedal. Touching the brake pedal sets off the alarm and This wire also tells the doors to lock when you start your drive.

Quirky car alarm, wish I hadn't bought it
After all the time it took to install this alarm I wish I had bought some other one. Oh it works sorta, best part for me is it disables the starter when it goes off so I know my camper van can't be stolen easily. But the arming and disarming is very quirky. Its supposed to remind you to arm the alarm if you forget with 3 chirps but that doesn't always work so when it does you wonder if the alarm armed itself which it does often without me telling it to. You disarm the alarm and if you don't open one of the doors it re-arms itself when you don't want it ? Siren going off for no reason and you have to fumble to find the keyfob. It has automatic features that are not trust worthy, sometimes they work sometimes not. I really hate this thing. Its not me, trust me, I am a big time tech guy. Its flakey operation of the alarm. Look for a little better quality somewhere else....

Nice alarm packge
For the money this is a great little alarm package. I’m going to use it for an enclosed cargo trailer that will be hauling expensive e-bikes. That said I wish the folks that sell these alarms would get someone who understands English to write the instruction. This is written in what I call “Pig English” which means in a lot of cases you must read between the lines to comprehend what they are trying to get across. The wiring instructions can be figured out if you are technically oriented. If you aren’t into 12 volt wiring then I suggest professional installation.
