Very pleased. Arrived sooner than expected, was packaged well, and all components enclosed as described. Charged very quickly and was ready for use the evening of delivery. The USB charging cable fit perfectly into my Samsung phone Adaptive Fast Charging plug and the trimmer charged in very little time. The portion of the charging system that plugs into the electrical source is not included, but the USB end will fit into any plug with a USB port, like the kind used to charge your cell phone. I have a Chocolate Cocker named Bailey with a very thick coarse coat and have spent $100s of dollars on trimmers throughout the years. The cost of this trimmer is by far the least I've ever spent, and so far, it's s working beautifully. The trimmer is quite light and fights in my hand well. I will say, I was dubious at first that the trimmer would work well, but it did an excellent job trimming Bailey's paws and ears. The trimmer is very quiet compared to the Oster and Wahl versions I've used throughout the years. The Warranty registration was very easy and the Bousin.com website is filled with useful information on product use and grooming. So far, so good. The test will be tomorrow when I give Bailey a full coat trim.

This is a fantastic clipper. My rescue dog hates being groomed and handled so much that he'll often scream and bite if he even hears scissors snipping near him. Unfortunately he has a long, silky-haired undercoat that very easily gets matted and tangled up with plants during our walks, despite frequent brushing and especially around his legs, paws, and throat. So I need to keep his fur clipped -- and this clipper gets the job done well, at home and without expensive visits to the groomer.It's pretty quiet when in use, the battery lasts a long time, and it lets me trim his fur without worrying about accidentally nicking/hurting his skin. This clipper is safe and gentle on my dog and I really appreciate that. Figuring out how to snap on/off the combs and snap on/off the part that cuts the hair was initially confusing, but once you've figured it out, the clipper is also very easy to use.Not gonna lie, my dog still hates being groomed/handled and dislikes the soft buzzing vibration. But he tolerates it. (I also have to keep our grooming sessions short.) This clipper is an outstanding product that I'm very pleased to have purchased and like most of its other fans, I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, and the groomers want $150+ each to groom them, and being at the groomers stresses my 120lb pups out, so its just not worth it. I've owned many store-bought brand-name sets of pet clippers for similar price points, but they rarely work well, much less for long, plus my dogs hate the sound, and the cord always gets tangled around me & the dogs. As a last attempt, I bought these, and I am SOOOOOO glad!!! These clippers worked right out of the box, charge quickly and easily with the USB cord, and cut through fur like magic! I have a bernese mountain dog with unruly fluff, and needed to shave her belly in preparation for whelping. These clippers shaved easily, smoothly, and without any catch or pulling fur. They were quiet, so my anti-grooming dog stayed calm and peaceful as I worked. It even looked good, lol! I decided to try grooming my older Berner's feet - she HATES having her feet touched, but she allowed me to use these clippers on her feet to clear the long feathery fur away from the pads of her feet. Plus, the guards are so nice for when you don't want to get too close to the skin (like for a sanitary trim). I also used them on our 7 week old Bernedoodle puppies, just to trim little areas that were getting in their eyes and mouth, plus hair getting in the way of their paw pads from getting traction on our hardwood, and these clippers were perfect. I've used them for the past 3 months, and just today finally plugged them in to recharge, as they weren't working as perfectly (charging got them back to perfect!). Honestly very pleased with this purchase. I'm no pro, but they were easy to use, and my dogs look nice and groomed, so we all win!

There is a lot to like about these clippers!PROS:Great price!!They run very smooth and hum at quiet level (which helps keep the dog calm).The battery power lasts a LONG time.The blade (only - no guard) glides effortlessly, which works very, very well on pads of feet, inner ears, eye area, etc.They are cordless - which is a convenience you do not realize until you are not wrestling to get a cord out of the way.They run cool (do not overheat - even on turbo).In many ways, they handle like Andis AG Pro clippers.Metal comb that comes with kit would ordinarily cost $8 in a pet shop.Super easy to recharge.My only issue is due to our Bichons VERY curly hair, which got caught in the guard, which meant I ended up "free clipping" (not using a guard, which was getting snarled in her fur-hair, but not letting the blade cut too short) on her "undercarriage, legs, paws. Unless you are a Bichon or Poodle owner, or your dog has uber-thick hair, such as a Lhasa Apso, you will probably really enjoy these.Note: The scissors that come with the set did not cut through Bichon fur, but that may be due to a unique texture of their particular coat.

I have had this clipper since November 2020 (8 months) and it has been an excellent clipper for our two 15 lb Jack Russell/Poodles. One has a shedding wire coat and the other has a non-shedding poodle coat and it works for both of them. It holds a charge so that I can do a complete trim of our poodle coated dog, and a clean up of our wire coated dog. Our younger dog is very wiggly, so it's wonderful to be able to trim him with a razor that isn't connected to a wall socket. In the summer months I do them in the backyard and it's nice not to have to be close to a wall socket! We find that the blade stays fairly cool, and the noise and vibration is very low, so both of our sensitive Jackapoos handle the trim very well! I have just bought the same clipper set in white because the price is so good, for the day when this one finally gives up the ghost or becomes dull. For the price, I have not found a better razor to groom my dogs! Some have said that the hair can become stuck inside the clipper heads, and this is true, but it's easy enough to unclip it and clear the hair every once in awhile at least with the texture of both of my dog's coats. Definitely not a deal breaker. If you're looking for a razor that's quiet, cool, cordless, does a good job, and holds its charge, look no further!!

Super Gerät! Habe es für meine Perserkatzen bestellt und nichts bereut. Sehen leise etwas vibieren tut es schon aber nicht so laut wie die anderen die ich schon hatte. Der Akku einmal aufgeladen hält lange an. Alles was man so dazu braucht wird mit geliefert Kamm Schere... echt super. Bin begeistert .
