The product meets my expectations and is very nice. However, I cannot say whether it arrived on the 14 December as I found it in my dustbin yesterday (15th) it was by pure chance I was outside in daylight tidying up the garden. Had I not been I would never have found the parcel and it would be have been buried under rubbish. How can anyone think it is a good idea to put something in a dustbin, especially the general rubbish bin which is filthy. I had to fish it out of the muck at the bottom of the bin. I don't go out into the garden very much and had I put rubbish in the bin when it is dark, which is usual, I would never have seen the parcel and it would have gone out with the rubbish. Just glad it wasn't food!!

Very effective and pretty realistic. I’ve also purchased a battery eliminator which is connected to a timer switch, meaning no worries about battery costs! The rating would have been 5 except that the top of the lamp is loose and fell apart on arrival. Soon fixed with a touch of glue though.

This was a lot smaller than I expected but perhaps my fault for not looking at the dimensions properly. It looks great when turned on. The black plastic feels a bit cheap but that is only really noticeable when you touch it. Quite good value overall.

It was smaller than I expected but nice and has a really lovely flame effect. I bought it as a gift and they loved it. Would recommend.

IM SO GLAD I CAME ACROSS THESE LAMPS BY ACCIDENT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. THEY LOOK GREAT IN MY LIVING ROOM AND IM GOING TO GET 2 MORE SO I CAN PUT THEM ON THE WALL ONE EACH SIDE OF MY WINDOWS WHICH ARE ON OPPOSING SIDES. A GOOD IDEA TO PUT THE ON/OFF SWITCH AT THE BOTTOM SO THE LAMPS CAN GO FLAT TO THE WALL. I MUST SAY THAT THESE ARE ONE OF MY CHEAPEST AND BEST BUYS. WHEN I GET THE OTHER 2 I WILL PUT A PICTURE WITH MY REVIEW BUT WITH THE LIGHT OFF AND JUST THE LAMPS ON ITS A GREAT EFFECT

Lovely little lantern, has a slight humming sound but not enough to annoy. Has a calming effect in any room. I also purchased the TV look one too.

Okay, the lamp is working and it creates a beautiful environment after it is turned on .. . . but . . .when you take it out of the box you notice that the plastic has no quality, very poor .

Allot smaller than expected but its lovely good value for money batteries not included so make sure you get big aa batteries
