Best hose ever! Landlord approved!
Durable, lightweight, rarely kinks, super easy to coil up for storage. Once you’ve owned one of these hoses , you won’t want another. They aren’t cheap, but I felt they were worth it and I’ve not been disappointed. They are worth it for its trouble free service and ease of use. If you use a hose frequently, this is definitely the one to buy.

Best hose so far
I'm still working on being able to wind the hose back up without it flipping everywhere, but overall, the hose is easy to use. It doesn't leave kink marks, it's the perfect length, and it gives good water pressure for watering plants. I wish the part around where it connects to the hose bib would turn independently so the hose didn't become slightly detached every time it has to be moved a certain way. So far, I am pretty pleased with this hose. I hope I won't have to buy a new one for years to come.

Well made, but some drawbacks are not obvious.
April 2023 I upgraded to four stars-- this product works well in cooler weather. This is a well made and attractive American product, but has some idiosyncrasies that are not immediately apparent. While it is light-weight but still tough with good stainless steel (?) hardware, it tends to stick to itself as well as to un-wetted lawn such that it is actually quite hard to pull into position. Generally harder than a vinyl or rubber hose weighing much more. Also, it is susceptible to knotting because of its small diameter and stickiness to itself. I bought it for using with a hose-end sprayer, but have found that it is NOT easier to pull around than a heavier hose. If one uses it in the morning when the lawn is wet with dew, it slides well. Also, it would probably be a good product if you are pulling it straight out from a mounted hose reel where there is not a lot of maneuvering to do.

Like These As Much As the Water Right’s Coil Hoses
I have a number of WaterRights Coil Hoses. They are fantastic, but can get tangled in the longer lengths. This isn’t hard to fix, but I decided to try a regular hose from them. I love it, though the coils are not to be beat as far as quickly getting them out of site, Water Right’s regular hoses have their upside as well. They are light and easy to maneuver. My advice is to buy the shortest coil hose and connect one of these to it if you have a long run.

Has survived three AZ summers
I bought this hose in the hopes that it would last longer than some of the others we have tried and it has not disappointed. It gets a lot of sun exposure and is still going strong.

Lightweight and Durable
I love these hoses. I live on a large property and have four of them! Some of them are a few years old and still as perfect as they day I bought them.

Hose is light weight, unfurls nicely and easily maneuverable. Thank you.

This thing holds a grudge!
I've never had to fight with a hose so much. Not in the knotty, kinky way that caused the rubber hose tussles of yore. This here hose has a photographic memory. It remembers every position it held previously in *exact* detail and uses it against me whenever given the chance. It's wild, stubborn, inflexible in that way, making it both a pain (literally) to use and hard to store. Any direction you point it will be 180 degrees from the direction it wants to be pointed, even if you just turned it 180 degrees from where it previously didn't want to be pointed. If you have any issues with pain or an injury in your hands, I would discourage use of this because it requires too much active use as it is *always* pulling. The hose itself is quite light and otherwise easy to move around, though it can't be coiled properly: it holds form extremely well and refuses to be coiled in any traditional manner. It pretty actively fights back, and on occasion will spring back at you after being put away, like a pouncing snake.

It still kinks if you're not careful..
still liable to kinking. Rewinding on non-custom hose-reel a bit tedious. However, it is relatively lightweight cf rubber hoses. Flexibility is good. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability

Needed a new garden hose
The media could not be loaded. Well, I needed a new garden hose. I was willing to spend a little extra and get something that would last. I'm pretty anal when it comes to researching products to buy and I spent 2 weeks looking for a decent garden hose. The price was right for this Water Right 500 series (just over $130.00 after taxes) and I selected the 75ft length. So far its been great. With it being new the outside of the hose is a little sticky and its a little hard to wind back up on the hose reel but I'd like to think this is minor and over time the stickiness will wear off. This is a 1/2 inch hose and the fittings look durable. The product is extremely light. I'd like to think this was money well spend on a product which will last a long time.

Good hose, but beware of compatibility if buying in the UK
Nice and light, easy to carry and roll up after use. One important thing to be aware of if you are buying this in the UK, is that it won't fit standard UK garden taps and sprayer attachments out-of-the-box, since the hose is designed for US garden plumbing. You will need to get suitable adaptors to convert between BSP (UK standard), which has 14 threads per inch and GHT (US standard), which has 11 1/2 threads per inch. As I learned from experience, without suitable adaptors, the threads will only screw part way on and it will leak terribly at the connections.

Great hose. Will have to update on durability.
You know what? I was VERY hesistant to pay so much for a hose, but I've thrown out so many hoses from the big box stores and it's just so wasteful. They cost 30-50 dollars each and they usually last a couple of seasons. They're heavy and tangle easily. This hose is VERY different. Very light and is easily moved. My wife uses this in our backyard and she has no issues moving it around and storing it is so much easier since it probably weighs 5-6 lbs w/o water.I've used it only for 1 season, so we'll see how long it lasts for, but so far it's been great. I'm still not sure if it's worth paying so much. . . . .if it lasts 5-10 years, then it'll definitely be worth it. So far, it's definitely been a MAJOR improvement over those other hoses.
