OK so I've been a huge customer and advocate of Alpha Brain for years. It has given me the energy and got rid of my extreme brain fog that I was having every day since I hit 40. After taking Neuro Health2weeks - not a noticeable memory improvement, but felt my mood was more calm.4 weeks - Same2 months - some memory improvement. Nothing that would attract 60 Minutes, but the mood elevation and calming was noticeable and much appreciated. As a senior I often have less patience when too much is demanded at any given time…..on Neuro Health I seem a little less stressed and the confidence to say “No” on occasion. I have been using Neuro Health for about a year now. I am seventy years young and have no memory problems other than normal. I have never been able to remember dates, times, etc. Since I have been taking Neuro Health my mind has opened new points of memory I never knew I had! I actually love it. I found it worked the same day. The price range fits in my budget (better than Prevagen) and it doesn't keep me awake at night thinking. It is not too strong and just right for my age. I am focused and alert the way I want to be in my daily life. I am glad I found it!
