These are packaged well and plastic washers separate the magnets. Idiot proof instructions visible as you open the box saying don’t slap the magnets together. Yes the magnets are very thin and brittle, treat them with care.If you are concerned about breaking them maybe reinforcing them might help, I intend on doing this since they are my refrigerator magnets on steroids. 🧲 Now I don’t have to watch my calander fall on the floor when I close the refrigerator. 🍻

They came very well packaged , boxed, cushioned, wrapped, protected, and I can see why. When I took the first one off the stack and set it on the counter inches away from the others, it slid across right back to the stack. High force magnet for the small size. Not a toy, these are working tools.

Like the little owners manual says - be careful! Wasn't paying attention and let two magnets slip in my hand. BOOM! Blood blister on a finger. These things are strong. Would definitely order again if I needed magnets.

Magnets were what I needed for my project, would have liked 1" but can't find them. I read someones review that they break easy and it was not a joke. I took them apart, they have plastic O-rings between them, and was laying them out, they got too close and all stacked back together and 2 broke! So word of advice, don't pull them off the stack until you are ready to use them.

Hold well, just difficult to pull apart.

Using these to hold a canvas over my convertible when the top is down to block the sun, and they work well

My daughter used these as part of her last year's science fair experiment. The finish on the magnets held up well and they were quite strong. No complaints.

I underestimated how strong these would be. I might need to put hot glue or some kind of jacket on them just so they never stick flat against a metal surface.
