The hat itself is nice quality and does the job. The issues I'm having are, firstly, the battery is pretty poor and drains pretty quickly, also there seems to be some charging issues as it starts charging then cuts out after a very short time so needs to be unplugged/replugged to start it charging again. I've only had this a month and it's behaving like its a few years old battery wise. Another thing is the instructions guide you to remove the device before washing, but there is no way to do this as it's stitched into the hat. only way it could be done is by cutting or unpicking the stitching and re-sowing it back up, which is ridiculous really as most people are not seamstresses. One final point is there are three buttons on this and they are embedded into the patch thing which is totally flat, some slight pertrusion would be nice so its easier to feel for the button you want, sometimes I've had to take the hat off or made a mistake pressing a button if not, more time and practice might solve this issue though.All in all not too bad but could be so much better, the battery thing is a massive issue though, definitely needs to last longer!

I love the hat and it’s a cool design. It also works exactly as advertised. But the earphone placement is designed for a smaller head. My head is average and I can’t get the ear phones to sit where they need to be. By turning the volume up I can still listen to them. But then so can everyone else. It’s not ideal for commuting because it will be heard by those on the train. If only they designed it for a larger head. My guess is it’s designed in china possibly for a slightly smaller hat size. Surely the company can make a European model?

I've noted some of the gripes from other customers, and just want to say a couple of things:i) This hat is £10 - £15 (depending on whether it is subject to a deal) which for the quality of the hat is fantastic. Even without the speaker it is great value when you realise the quality of the hat.ii) There is a cut inside the hat where you can slip out the 2 SPEAKERS (please note the Answer to one of the Questions is out of date) and the wires, when you want to wash it.As I say, for the price - I just needed a hat, the fact I can put a bluetooth speaker in there as well - absolute bonus!

The hat is comfortable and warm, nice material, BUT.....The Bluetooth strength is very weak, the music with keep breaking up even though my phone is just in my jean pocket.I wanted to listen to my audiobooks through this, but its next to impossible with how often the sound cuts out.You must keep your hands away from your phone or the hats Bluetooth receiver to have a chance to avoid any cutting out of sound.Don't understand how this has so many good reviews when this is a really big problem that needs to be fixed.

Bought these for Xmas presents for teenagers. They loved them. The hat is very comfy and warm, lined with soft fur. The speakers are pretty good for the price and are easy to link to your iPhone, smart phone, laptop or other bluetooth device. Great value for money - I'm now the favorite aunt!

I bought this for my younger son (11) so he can listen to music via his phone on the way to school. He loves the design of the hat, but it's only 3 weeks since Christmas and there's some inside stitching that's given up the ghost. Will repair myself but really shouldn't be having to this soon after starting usage.

The sound quality is extremely good, and I use Airpods Pro. I have 5 of these hats and I have over 10 of them for family and friends. No need to take out your phone in the cold. Also, the interior is live a plush blanket. So warm and comfortable. Must have if you wear hats. This model is very hip. The light gray is beautiful. And of course the navy blue.

Hat is really comfortable and keeps you warm as expected. Battery life is surprisingly really good. Audio quality is really good but on a call it does not block out noise pollution and you will not be able to hear the person you are on a call with. Over all it's great and I'm really happy
