Probably a knock-off, definitely a ripoff
The head and eyes of the Spiderman were misshapen. Before the birthday party, I went to the store just looking around, and I found a better-looking spiderman for $8. Then I realized that they were selling the Spiderman Titan Hero doll for the price of a Titan Hero including the FX pack (this was just the poorly made doll). Also, the figure came in an envelope... not a big deal, but it is when the doll/box barely fits inside of it. The top of the box was badly worn out and squashed.

Not sturdy
It's rubbery and just squeaks when I try to move the arms almost broke and now everything's loose
