Had one that I loaned to somebody who did not return it. This is great. We had several hard floors, including Terrazzo, where there is not enough room to run an electric scrubber. This works great. With brown strip pads, no problem and a great result.

This tool is very handy to clean any heavily soiled floors/walls ,works very well on vinyl tiles!!!

It held pads well but let go of pad one time and had to remount it.

This works good for putting a towel which sticks to bottom to dry floors

I am a little disappointed with grip of this pad holder. I am using it on an exterior wall which may be the problem. It would probably work much better on floors using less water. If you dip the whole pad in water the wet pad has a tendency to fall off before you can get it to the vertical surface. The brown pads, wet or dry, are far more prone to fall than the white. The pad holder swivels okay, but it really needs to have more pad grip.

Less costly than common brand (jitterbug). Just as good.

The Dec-Tec flooring has some texture to it and you need a bit of a scrubber to clean it. It worked well.
