NOT rugged, but it works.
functional, but low quality... It's not water resistant. The anchors for the screws that hold the back plate on pulled right out. I can't tighten them enough to make a firm fit much less a seal.

Very unsatisfied with this product..not what i was expecting...all it does is turn on...that's it...no matter what SIM cards I put in it, it will not do anything!!!The size of this phone ridiculous but then I guess that would be handy for it to take up less space if taking on hiking or camping trip...it has a very durable covering built right on it and you have to unscrew the battery compartment..I have contacted the seller with my issues and have not gotten a response...i received this at a discount for my honest review. Thank you

worth the money
I guess I was expecting a ruggedized phone, you get what you pay for. Perfect for a temporary use situation. I still keep it as a backup.
