Overpriced, tailors to hipsters falling for the "organic" hype
For all their advertising about it being "fresh" and "authentic," it certainly doesn't come close. For this price per bowl, I expected something better, but instead, it's a bowl loaded full of sodium and little else to differentiate from other instant noodle brands. The taste is strange...it certain doesn't taste like the real thing, but it's not even as good as the other instant noodle brands, either. Not trash bin terrible, but it's down there. Hard to put my finger on it. Those that say this is "like the real thing" need to get their taste buds checked, or think Panda Express is authentic Chinese food. Most instant noodle brands I see in Asian markets had already done this, and done much better, for less to boot. I would rate it higher if it wasn't so expensive (it's ultimately just instant noodles, but I expected better nonetheless), but I'd rather drive to my nearby Asian market for much better. Definitely won't buy again. And the reviews that say this is "healthy" all I've got to say is L-O-L you are as off the mark as your review.

Super flavorful, healthy Cup O' Noodles - say what!!!?
I got two kids under 2.5 years old, both my wife and work full time so needless to say we're always looking for any dinner hacks that allow us to eat healthy and not take an hour to prepare. I used to LIVE off Cup O Noodles in college like many other folks I'm sure, but you get older and you realize my god were those unhealthy. Still, I'll dabble in a few here and there and we always have some sort of instant ramen in our pantry.Well, my prayers have been answered! Not really, but I stumbled upon these One Culture noodle cups, bone broth caught my eye (all the craze these days), but rightfully so, super flavorful, healthy. Couple that with all these insanely tasty and authentic flavors and I'm sold! I love me some Pho, ramen, udon, etc. We've tried each of the flavors. I'm a fan of each, but I'd have to say my favorites or Japanese Spicy ramen and Tawainese beef noodle. We grilled some flank steak one night and added it to the Taiwanese basil and my wife added chicken to the Pho. Otherwise, we've just had it straight up with no meat and they're still really good.Final thought, the noodles are really, really tasty. All the ingredients are individually packed and the noodles taste and feel fresh in the texture, it's crazy. Anyway, you can customize the flavor this way which is nice, vs. all the flavors being baked in with old school Cup O Noodles, and the fact that it's non GMO, natural ingredients makes you feel way less guilty. Highly recommend stocking these up in the pantry!

Lightyears ahead of traditional instant noodles
I was so excited to finally receive these instant noodles after following their journey on social media! As someone who grew up eating these noodles in restaurants but now lives in an area without such variety, having these readily available is awesome. My favorites are the pho and beef noodle soup--bold, accurate flavors that would satisfy a craving for the flavors of the real thing. The noodles in all four varieties are the same and have a bounce in their texture that is much closer to fresh noodles than you would get in traditional instant noodles. Also, all four of the flavors are not as salty as restaurant versions, meaning I can drink all the broth without feeling like my tongue is shriveling up--a major plus. I would definitely recommend ordering these and adding your own toppings like eggs, mushrooms, meat, and veggies. Yum!!

Garbage, Total Marketing and Packaging Nonense!
I ordered the 8 pack and tried all four flavors. The broth all pretty much taste the same, which given the supposed flavor options and supposed spice options was odd...The noodle texture is chewy like licorice rope, which is not for me...I saw "bone broth" and for some reason thought these would be quality and I was very wrong...The 6 for a dollar raman at your local store are 1000x tastier. I debated on donating the other 4 to a local food pantry, but decided that somebody would end up taking them as part of their daily allotment and I didn't want that on my conscience, so I threw them in the trash. Just don't....

Guilt free natural alternative to instant ramen
Lifelong instant noodle fan here. As you get older you start worrying about what kind of foods you are putting into your body. While instant ramen got me through college, their "artificial-ness" has become an issue for me in my 30's.These bone broth noodle cups by One Culture Foods are a welcome relief. The depth of flavor provided by the bone broth extract is surprisingly rich. My favorite is the Taiwanese Beef Noodle while the gf prefers the Vietnamese Pho. The noodles are vacuum sealed and have the texture of fresh rice noodles - much different from traditional instant ramen. Will definitely be keeping these stocked in the pantry.

Wanted So Much to Like It!
I was hoping we found a good quick lunch or late-night snack option. The flavors listed sounded much better than ordinary quick noodles. Unfortunately, there was almost zero flavor even with a ridiculous amount of sodium used in each flavor. There is also no additional discernible ingredients beyond broth and some noodles. It really felt like I bought severely overpriced broth with precious little flavor. It was very close to simply being hot water with some noodles. The portion size is also very small compared to the quick noodles you find in Asian grocery stores. Apologize for the disagreeable review, but it was just all fancy packaging with no actual substance. 2 stars was generous in my view.

Bone broth Instant noodles with all the authentic flavors and none of the guilt!!
I'm pretty sure I've tried every instant noodle brand on the market and was a bit skeptical that there could be a healthier version, but these blew me away. These instant noodles are tasty and satisfying, but don't leave you feeling disgusting with an msg headache like most... I am also a bit of a snob when it comes to Asian noodle soups and these taste amazingly authentic. The noodles are actually real noodles, not those fried hard ones in every other instant noodle cup. But what I love most is that the reduced bone broth soups come in a few packets so you're able to customize the flavor and saltiness to your preference. My favorite is the Vietnamese Spicy Ramen...sometimes I add an egg, bok choy and ground pork for a full meal. Will definitely be buying on repeat!
