Exactly what you think it is! This thing is perfect if you use it right!
I have had an Apple Watch since 2015 when they first came out. I always put screen protectors on my devices because I'm honestly a pretty clumsy person. The watch especially needs one, because I am CONSTANTLY bumping into doorways and walls. I often prefer tempered glass, but for the Apple Watch I'm not into that. Especially now that the screen goes edge to edge, having a small square of glass right in the middle just takes away from the beauty and functionality of the device. I know they make edge to edge glass protectors now, but in my experience they scratch easily and look horrible. So here is what I think of the Armor Suit!Firstly, it is a "Wet Install" protector. If you have any experience with the Zagg stuff from back in the iPhone 3G days then you know exactly what this means. The protectors come with a small spray bottle of solution that you damped your fingers and screen protect with before installing. This allows you to move the protector around and not have to hope you stick it down perfectly the first time. Not gonna lie, the install is not easy. Whenever I have to replace these (Which is not often anymore, more about that later), I usually have to set aside like a half hour just to get it started. Even after that, the solution between the protector and the screen sometimes takes up to an hour to dry, so it really is a constant babying situation. The toughest part about the install is the corners and sides of the watch face. Due to the curved glass, it can be rather difficult to get the film to sit down on the edges. You pretty much have to just go around with your fingers for a good 30 - 60 minutes until the solution dries. Not constantly the entire time, just every few minutes push it back down until the solution dries and the film finally sticks. Here is the main problem with these screen protectors, and a way that you can fix it:If at any time while you are smoothing the edges and corners into place, some debris gets in there, you will basically never get it out. This can be avoided by being careful though! Just make sure to apply the screen protector on a table, and don't try to use your watch until you are sure that the edges aren't going to come back up. Unfortunately, it does not matter how perfectly you install this product, at some point stuff will get under the edge of it, and it will begin to lift up. You will reach your hand into your pocket, and the edge of the protector will rub right up on the inside of your pocket. I though there was nothing to be done about this, and I HATED the way the the dirty edges of my watch looked, and hated that I had to constantly replace them every few weeks to avoid this (They do give you 6 though, so if you don't mind the way it looks or the constant reapplication, it should be all good). So with this major problem, why the 5 star review? Because I found a solution to the edge issue, and without that issue the screen protector does its job PERFECTLY, looks amazing, and feels great! (Yeah it feels like plastic and not glass, but I don't see anything wrong with that. If anything I like the feeling because it re-enforces the idea that my watch is protected. The solution I found was to get a cheap (I paid $6 for mine) plastic "Case" for your Apple Watch. The style that is super thin and just clips down on the sides of your watch, protecting the metal casing of the watch. What this does, is forces the edges of the screen protector up against the screen, and does not allow anything to get under it or lift it up. And even if your protector DOES lift up, the case covers up the unsightly air bubble or dusty edge (You can see this clearly in my pictures).Of course, some people may not want to cover up their beautiful stainless or ceramic watches with plastic cases, but I assume those people are not the sort of people looking for a screen protector either.Bottom Line: If you are looking for a thin, stylish, protective, and inexpensive way to keep your watch looking good for daily use AND keep it pristine throughout it's life, the combo of these Armor Suit protectors and a cheap clip on case works wonders!

Fantastic, easily affordable, and you can barely tell it's there.
I'll get straight to the point--I'm 100% happy with this screen protector, and have recommended it to everyone I know that has an apple watch. I'll spare the technical details, as the company provided more than adequate detail in the listing for the item; so I'll jump in with my thoughts:Pro's:- Clarity. Very much on point, visibility of the screen/app's is fantastic. I honestly can't tell the difference from when I had no protector vs when I applied this one to the screen. Easily visible outside in bright, sunny weather.- Durable. The photo's shown above actually represent the second protector I've applied; the first one I accidentally smacked my watch into the corner of a wall, hard, and scuffed the protector. No damage to the screen, and you could barely notice the smudges on the protector. However I am OCD, so I removed/replaced it shortly after said event. Which brings me to the next pro...- Value. My 9$ gave me 6 protectors with my purchase. So I didn't have to wait for a replacement, I just swapped the old one out for the new. 30 minutes later and I was good to go. And I still have 4 more that I can use. That's hard to beat in my opinion...As an aside, I'm a runner who sweats a ton; no issues with clarity while running, no issues with getting it wet so far either during the run, or when cleaning the watch afterwards.- Application. This was fairly painless; Armorsuit has a very useful youtube channel that gives instructional videos on how to install, and it was pretty fool proof. I have no bubbles or issues with my protector, so much so that I can barely tell I have one on. the kit came with everything you need to apply the screen protector, and had detailed instructions along with directions to the youtube videos on how to install.- Feel. If you've ever had a similar film style protector on a tablet/smart phone, you know what to expect. It's very easy to swipe/use with your watch, and has been great so far.Con's:- Honestly speaking, none so far. That may change with use over time, but I don't see how--it's been a fantastic experience so far.
