Mgreater Men's Snow Boots Fur Lined Booties Non-Slip Lightweight Winter Shoes

2 fatal flaws makes for a 3 star review. Attached photos included.I like the easy on and off fit (I bought a half size larger for thick wool socks), faux fur lining, and the appearance of these 'booties'. The quality of workmanship and non-slip soles are also a plus. I feel ready for the quickly approaching cold and snowy Michigan Winter. However, I'm disappointed in what was advertised as an 'UPGRATED WATERPROOF UPPERS' which are certainly NOT waterproof or water resistant by any stretch of the imagination! Because...After I tried the boots on I grabbed a bottle with tap water and slowly poured it over the top of the shoe. I fully expected the water to run off like 'a duck's back.' NOPE! The upper material immediately started to absorb the water like a sponge even as some of it ran off. A large wet stain remained. So, I poured more to determine if the water soaked all the way through to the fur lining. Then, after 10 minutes had passed, I tested the interior of the shoe. It was sopping wet since the water entered at the tongue area and the toe area which soaked clean through to the under toe area as well. I certainly wouldn't trust that I could walk through 2 inches of water let alone a deep puddle and still stay dry for two reasons. Firstly, the material absorbs too much water (therefore, is NOT WATERPROOF OR WATER RESISTENT!) and secondly, the edges of the shoe's long tongue are not attached half way up along the sides where the laces attach as are other waterproof or water resistant shoes. That's OK for tennis shoes, but that's a major flaw for a snow boot, IMO, since if you walk into water or very wet snow that touches any part of the tongue area or along the shoe laces then that water is quickly getting inside the boot as you walk and soaking the fur lining making for very wet, uncomfortable feet. Not good! So, be warned that you should avoid anything but very moderately wet weather and avoid all puddles, NOT merely the deep ones. THIS BOOT IS NOT WATERPROOF OR WATER RESISTENT! Luckily, I have other foul weather boots for those nasty occasions. This pair of light-weight boots is mainly for quick trips to the store and for mucking about in my unheated garage during very frigid weather when I don't want heavy boots on my feet. I didn't buy them for shoveling deep snow or to wade through ankle deep puddles. So, be forewarned that the boot's uppers are NOT waterproof as advertised. I recommend them ONLY for cold and snowy weather conditions. I'm not sure if I'd buy again at this point, as they have not been sub-zero tested.

Cheap things ends up being expensive. Dont buy cheap things this is what i got after FOUR DAYS, 4 DAYS using this shoes. Never ever buy it, i should deserve a refund for this. 😡😡😡

First impressions of this shoe, i am extremely satisfied. I live in minnesota and i usually wear skate shoes (because i skate) so i wanted to try something else for the winter and these are so far perfect. The build quality is surprising for the price, i thought that i would have to get a half a size up because of the lining/thick socks but wearing them i can tell that wont be an issue. I was expecting solid black but there is a camo finish too it which is not in my taste but in this case acctually looks good, and since im used to buying shoes from a local skate shop for less than $40 the price cannot be beat!!!! I will update if any of my opinions change but so far extremely pleased, thank you

The size is perfect,price good,nicely built, just what they look like.

Seems decent made . Looks are okWARNING - not water proof at all.And they have hardly any supportWould have been 3 star for fit and finish but the add is false and misleading!You’ll have to use a spray on them to give them water resistance and you will have to buy insoles for any support.

Wow! These boots look and feel great! The price was far better than any stores or online websites offering hiking boots.We'll see how they hold up this winter in cold, wet conditions. The boots were shipped in two sealed bags and no tags, no box. I can't even find where the size label is.

I really like the winter shoe very much and they are beyond comfotable and warm, especially,i would say the design and style are very fashion,they are so exquisite that price is fine too. I ordered half size up for more comfort fit and thicker sock. They are not just SNOW BOOTS, also for all OUTDOORS like taking a walk,trail running, winter outdoor activities,etc. I won't wear them on water road but I think they will work well on moisture or slipery surface, and snowing day. Good boots,very pleased purchase!

I walk for exercise outdoors, and with the cold weather, I got these boots to keep my feet warmer. That part worked, but when I was walking in some of the snowier parts of the neighborhood and golf course, I noticed that when the soles of these shoes/boots would get wet, they tended to "slip", and I mean slip as in nearly falling down, like I hit a patch of oil. I would only recommend these if you're walking in a dry environment, like maybe a mall, if people still do that
