Used by the crews of the 13th u-Boat flotilla and commanded by Korvkpt. Rolf Rüggeberg. The 13th Flotilla was founded in June, 1943. In September 1944 the flotilla was reorganized, when most of the boats from the French bases reached Norway. It's history ended in May 1945 when Germany surrendered. This badge is in NEW condition.
