Useless, it doesn't fit on your nose and if somehow you manage to fit it then it won't stay put. And even if you hold it with your hand it doesn't feel to be helping at all.

I use it 2-3 mins for my lil 6 yr old as she has broader nose! Yes it works! It doesnt hurt!
