My hands are not very large, but these bands are far too small, esp. the finger holes. I cannot get my fingers, even the smallest, comfortably into even the largest holes. My wife has quite small hands with small fingers and she cannot get these bands over her hands. The bands vary in size as well as resistance, so the smallest really is too small for the average adult.On the other hand, they feel fairly stiff, which ought to be a good thing, but they may be too stiff for a child or smaller teenager. I would have sent these back, but the postage back to China is going to be more than they are worth.

I bought these to help strengthen my wrists after an injury. I started with the weakest strength (palest blue), exercising carefully on alternate days. After a month it broke (just a few days after my return/refund option closed). Hoping I’d unfortunately got just one defective product, I then moved onto the next strength of exercise-band (mid blue) and this broke after two weeks. I’m now on the third (darkest blue) which is really too stiff for me to use with my injury. Very disappointing indeed. It did feel like it could’ve helped over time ... but instead ended up being a complete waste of money.

It doesn't fit my finger tips sufficiently.

These aren’t that great and definitely don’t make it easy to improve finger strength anymore than a few rubber bands could.

When they arrived, each finger stretcher came in its own plastic wrapping which felt unnecessary. Other than that, it does what it says on the tin.Ease of use: the easy one is very easy and can be used to maybe warm up? The medium one is comfortable but firm and the hard one is genuinely hard. You won't make much progress on it of your fingers aren't strong!Stretchiness: I've been using them pretty nice everyday and they have maintained their stretch so far. They have lasted me quite and hasn't let me downOverall really happy with the product and will be buying more if needed
