Best Time card machine.Easy to use

This machine is really difficult to work with
I never write product reviews but I had to on this one. First, its really difficult to set up. After you set it up, you go in circles cause its not clear on instructions for what it can and cannot do. Customer service is hard to contact because you can only ask one question at a time and they could take 48 hours to write back. Once you get it up, you find out that you have to pre-program the hours your employee will work if you think they will work including over-time. For instance, whats the point of clocking in if I have to put the times in beforehand. The last straw was when I found out that it requires you to use an online service thats $400/yr to calculate properly. I just found this device really weird and I gave up.

Incorrect Reporting/ Expensive licensing- look elsewhere
We have had this device for about a year and a half now and when we first received it everything was working fine. After a year and a half the machine began to report incorrectly and not read some employees in the cloud software even though it read it on the device. Tech support has been a joke and completely unresponsive to the issue and at this point it is costing me more money and trouble than it is worth. We have three of these devices and I am sorry to say it was one of the absolute worst investments we have made.

Fraud Alert
Fraud Alert! I just received this item and it is used with missing piece. When attempting to activate, it said the device was currently in use. Looked up customer service number and it was a foreign number.

Waste of Money
The fingerprint function began to malfuction after two weeks, then completely fails.Digital numerical login works less that half the time.

Garbage
Seems to be common issues.1. Device errors constantly.2. Software is EXSPENSIVE. Which would be okay if it worked.3. Super expensive software that doesn't work as well as free software.4. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.5. I still have to manually add up employees time because the software never works.For the amount of money you guys are milking, it should be the best of the best. Unfortunately a pen and a piece of paper is a better option than this.
