Smells great
The scent of blueberries is definitely there but I'm not sure about the flavor. I added it to a blueberry smoothie and it wound up tasting a little bitter. So maybe it's just for baking or cooking? I don't bake or cook a lot of things that are blueberry flavored so not sure how much use it will get.

Used in pancake batter.
I used this in my pancake batter to give it a bit of blueberry taste since I didn't have any blueberries. I put a teaspoon of it into batter that made eight pancakes. I could taste a bit of blueberry, but it wasn't overpowering. I have never used blueberry extract before so I will have to randomly try it in different recipes. I feel like blueberry is a flavor that I can use often.

Takes your homemade blueberry muffins to another level
I've always wanted the taste of the blueberry muffins at the store without the fake blueberry bits. I put a teaspoon in my blueberry muffin mix before I added a pint of blueberries to it they tasted perfect! Highly recommend

Worked well in my blueberry muffin recipe
I added a teaspoon of this to my regular blueberry muffin recipe and it did enhance the blueberry flavor. The product in the bottle smells like I expect blueberry extract to smell. I also tried a bit in my morning smoothy. But I need to add more than just a splash next time because I couldn't taste blueberry over the other ingredients. I think this will work well in just about anything that you want to enhance the blueberry flavor. Just be aware that it may take a bit more than you think.

Made blueberry milk.
Wasn't really sure how to use this other than in pancakes or muffins, both of which I haven't had the time to make! So, I decided to try blueberry milk! Ya know, it's not that bad! Had my daughter and son-in-law try as well and they both said it was "interesting". Doesn't take a lot either. I put about 1/8 tsp in about 8 oz of milk. Instead of having chocolate or strawberry milk, try blueberry milk! Not gonna lie though, I was hoping it was going to be a blue extract, but it's clear.

Not very strong at all
Don't get me wrong, the last thing I wanted was an overpowering, fake-tasting blueberry extract. However I feel like this product took it the entirely opposite way, in the sense that I could hardly taste it when I used 1 teaspoon in my pancake batter.I suppose I will use more next time, at least 2 teaspoons. Although that means I will go through this bottle a lot faster than I thought I would.
