Star Realms: The Alignment, Alliance, Coalition, Pact, Union, Unity Command Deck Set

I've been regularly playing star realms for at least 5 years now. The original decks could occasionally make it where I would feel the need to have breaks between plays after so many plays. The command decks fix that problem. I could pretty much play star realms every day now because of the limitless combinations you can get out of these. Really cool addition!

So I have been a fan of star realms for several years now. I own the base set, colony wars expansion, frontiers expansion, and I had the cosmic gambit pack as well. I always enjoy new ways to play the games I already love, so adding in these commander decks was a great thing for me. I have several unique strategies I like to adopt and develop in a game of star realms. Having these command decks can give you units right away to help with those strategies. For any fans of this card game this is an excellent addition to the game.

Great way to expand the game without too much bloat.

I love Star Realms, it's my favorite deck builder game. However, I feel this set falls short. While it does add a new way to play it requires these new stand-alone starter decks. I much prefer expansions that build or add to the standard Trade Deck.

Excellent addition to an already awesome fun game. A must have for Star Realm fans.

These additions aren't essential, but they do add some interesting variation to play. Recommended!

They sent one extra of a product and one less of another. I am guessing by mistake but still annoying. I accidentally opened it up instead of informing the buyer, which I know is my fault.

The expansions are great, love them. They add much needed variety and flavor to the game. Not so much when you dont get a card in a certain pack, but instead get 2 copies of one card. The "Pact - Command Deck" did not have the 8 cost card in it, but instead had 2 copies of the "Neeburg's Game" gambit card. Sure would love to have that missing card.Be weary when you get these packs, as they may not have all the cards included. Try to buy locally if you can, so you can verify with the employees that you have everything. Hope o can get that missing card, a refund, or something.
