Seems to be helping me lose weight.

Great flavor as it should be.

I have tried this as drops in the mouth and mixed with a little water. The taste was fine both ways. I haven't been super consistent with this and haven't noticed much difference in pretty much anything. I would assume that if you're using this for some of the alleged benefits, you probably need to fix other areas of your life as well, like diet and exercise. So, I probably need to do more obvious things than expect this thing to do something crazy.

I've used exogenous ketones in the past when I've been following a strict ketogenic diet and even when I'm fasting. They really seem to help with my appetite and energy level, so I thought I'd give this a try.Taste is really great, a little bit sweet for sure. They're super easy to use, just a dropper full under the tongue a couple times a day.I didn't seem to have the same affect on my energy level and appetite as I did with other supplements. It may have helped, but it wasn't as dramatic as I felt it was in past times using similar products.

Taste great for a very fair price. I put a .70 dropper full into my water once a day.

This tincture of Rasberry Ketones, is concentrated, great tasting. It's a generous 4 ounce bottle which is important to me, and the dropper/product is clean and tidy to dispense. I put the desired amount directly in my mouth once or twice a day. I am not sure how it fits with my complaints and health concerns other than loss of sudden stubborn weight and size gain. According to the internet, it can be helpful for weight loss when used with vitamin C. I had gained about 10 lbs suddenly and had not changed my diet or habits to get there. I was not seeing any loss, and I go to the doctor regularly for other chronic issues that I am managing. So I get my weight checked along with other vitals often. This weight gain caused a 4 inch increase in my waist and hip area, and a confusing change in my actual size. I was looking for some metabolic help and added this product, without changing anything else. I have lost 4 lbs. I can't say that I did anything else, but I am lighter. My digestion and bowel health seems a bit improved. I would like to be 130 because that feels good to me. I am 135 at this time and feel better.What I am not sure of is whether this concentrated tincture can irritate histamine issues. I'm still looking into that. I have had some symptoms that typically signal a histamine increase. So if you are histamine intolerant or have other histamine issues, headaches, cluster headaches, or migraine, it's good to do as I do, and definitely try new things alone for a while. Change nothing else during the time that you are introducing a new supplement and see how you feel. We folk, who have pain syndromes, know to do this as a rule. I may be saying what you already know. I am not sure if this product can contribute to a histamine issue.I have noticed a 4 lb drop in my weight, and an approximate 1.5 inch reduction in my waist hip area without changing anything else. I feel like my appetite has been pretty high lately and have not changed my diet at all.I like this product so far but I'd like more information with respect to histamine since this is an intense dose of a fruit. Raspberries are not on the avoid list and I can eat regular raspberries without limit. However, I I have learned to absolutely avoid strawberries and bananas. So, these things do mater to some of us, and it is really helpful to work with a functional med doc who'll help you to eliminate and add things to your routine to increase your vitality.I recommend this product. It's new to me, and different and offers an opportunity to see some results, with out being too difficult to add to your routine. Just this and vitamin C. I use cortisone/estrogen/stress type products, like magnolia bark. It is harder to find a good quality magnolia bark, and that is important. It has to be effective or potent to work. I have not had any results from the magnolia bark that I currently have.I recommend this, try it. I did suddenly see a weight drop when I was last weighed at the doctor. I was shocked. I can't say this is a promised thing, but for me it seems interesting. I'll update this review since this is a recent order. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks. The weight gain has been stubborn and at a consistent level for about 5 months with little change, until recently. That's just my report.5 stars

I am in love with this Raspberry Ketones Extract Tincture! Not only does it taste amazing, but I've also noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and metabolism since I started using it. The fact that it's vegan, sugar, and alcohol-free is just the cherry on top. Definitely a must-have in my daily routine!

easy to use, easy to drink, 1 dropper full in a whole glass of water, taste good, helps cut my cravings and wanting to snack all the time, i just drink a lot more water. helps my energy level get my chores done around the house.
