Not bad, it also with Bluetooth-/: and I don’t know how to use it for the first time, when I plug in my phone there’s no Voice and then I realize i have to trun it on.

I tried this in my 2016 Mini Cooper that doesn't have the entertainment system or satellite radio. I was dubious b/c the reviews are mixed. Here's my experience based on a very long road trip through north Florida and rural Georgia where radio stations leave something to be desired (if you can find one):*It was easy to sync with both mobile device and the car*Play time was easily 8 hours b/c it lasted through an entire road trip without a charge*Sound quality is just fine by me. I'm not an audiophile but I would classify this as a clean and crisp delivery of the streamed music.*It was an affordable option and meets my needs 100%*Would and have recommended to others

Ok say I have to be totally honest here because I truly appreciate everyone that takes the time to write reviews, it makes my shopping experience so much easier. With that being said I initially gave this product a very poor review. The product I received was defective, however the company immediate reach out to me and was extremely apologetic and in 2 business days I received a replacement. I was impressed by their genuine care for their consumers and the pride they have for their products and business. I absolutely LOVE THE PRODUCT. IT'S SLEEK LIGHT WEIGHT AND CHARGES SUPER QUICKLY!! IN ONE WORD IT'S AWESOME AND SO IS THE COMPANY. THIS IS A DEFINITE MUST HAVE!!!

1. I don't understand the concave design of the charging surface. I'm placing a flat device on it, the concave design does nothing but creates the potential for it to slip off.2. These chargers and their LEDs. WTF do I need LEDs for? And on iPhone X, it just glows green the whole time (which is supposed to indicate fully charged).3. Bought this because it is a fast charger (up to 10W). iPhone X running iOS 11.2 is now capable of 7.5W charging. This is plugged into a fast charging USB port. Still charges slow.

Had multiple other chargers and this is the best one to buy. We bought one for my Note 8 and my GF iPhone X. It does need the upgraded wall adapter but does say that in the description so ordered it with the charger. Don't be fooled by the circular stands out there. They don't sit as well on the charger so with any movement of the phone you ja e to double check that it is charging. On this charger it's not a problem. It has rubber at the bottom so it doesn't slide around. Looks great and performs perfectly. I take this when I travel all over and it continues to hold up after many trips. Also doesn't have any problems with leaving the case on it. We both leave cases on our phone and have not had one problem charging it. Not thick cases but not thin cases either. Never had a problem and was disappointed that I purchased a Samsung charging stand for triple the price. When I had a Seneo in my cart. Should have stuck with this one the first time! You won't be disappointed!

This is a great charger! I is compact, rugged, and can charge multiple devices at once. I have three minor suggestions that don't affect the utility of the device at all.First, I wish the ports were ordered from lowest current capacity to highest. To me, having the 1.3A port on top and the 1A below it is counter-intuitive. Now, if I believed the 1A output was only for iPhones and the 2.1A outputs only for iPads and other Apple devices, that might make sense. Which leads me to...Second, the manual says the 1.3A port is for Samsung Galaxy Tablets and other Android devices and all the other ports are reserved for various Apple products. This is simply not true and needs clarification. It is true that iPads may only charge on the 2.1A ports, but almost any other device will as well, including iPhones and Galaxy Tablets. I think some clarification in the manual is appropriate since many people will think they will hurt their device or the charger if they use the "wrong" port.Third, the light is VERY bright and made a very effective nightlight. There are pros and cons either way. At least by making it very bright I have the option to cover it. If it were too dim to easily see, I wouldn't be able to fix that.Overall a great product and I would buy again!

Edit:I originally had a bad review about this product but the seller was kind of enough to send me another product. It seems like I had a defective one.Now I realize it's freaking awesome. Charges super fast. And I like that it leaves the phone standing :)I'm using an iPhone X with it.

Charger works perfect with the iPhone X. It does not utilize iPhone fast charging technology , that is coming in a software update from Apple. Charges in about the same amount of time as when your iPhone is plugged directly into a lightning cable.

i received these headphones and they don’t even work. as long as they took to get here I expect them to work especially if i spend money on them, yall have to do better.

The sound quality isn’t that great. No bass and there are better quality ones out there.

They did not work at all and made with cheap material.

Defective doesn't work

Did not work well, and around the dock that goes in the phone easily broken on both.

Worked for about a week then the Bluetooth stopped connecting and now it won’t even show up.
